20/10 saved my holiday weekend. I bought a car from Carvana on the 3rd. Christmas afternoon I use my fob to open the trunk, load up Christmas presents, and get in to leave. Zero power, fob no longer works. I had to crawl through my backseat to manually open the trunk. Call roadside, get a jump, nothing. Battery tests fine. I had to wait until this morning to do anything, because Christmas. I call Carvana right away, get over to Silverrock. I had already made an appointment here, an authorized service center. Get my car towed here, I called in ahead of time like hey, this is my story and what happened. What a nightmare. All on Christmas weekend. I expect it back at earliest Monday and to my surprise I get a call 3 hours after it was dropped off. They found silicone on the positive ped of the battery. Cleaned it off and she's good as new. Thank you a million times over! I know where to come for future service needs. You saved Christmas!!

John at the front desk and the one mechanic on duty are Superstars! I was driving to AZ today for the holidays and a previous repair shop took a nail out of my tire without patching it which resulted in me having a flat two days later. It’s also 2 degrees so my cap froze to my valve stem so I couldn’t put air in. I called Firestone up and they worked with kindness and diligence to replace the valve stem and search for the hole to repair the tire. Because of them I’m able to still go see my family for the holidays. Thank you so much. I couldn’t be more grateful!

Had something dragging under my car that was making an awful sound, so I went to an auto shop for the first time. I was nervous about it but the man at the desk (didn't catch his name) was very kind and straightforward. They ended up tightening some things for me for free and didn't try to sell me any fixes I hadn't asked for (I know that's a common experience women have when getting their cars fixed). Overall very happy with the experience!

Spoke to an employee and booked an appointment for the next day at noon. Worked out well matched my lunch break. This was for an oil change, fluids and a tire rotation. When I arrived was asked if I was dropping the car off. I replied no that I was there just for the above services. Said it would be up to 5hrs. Unacceptable for the services. Called customer service to express this issue and they just keep you on hold until you give up....

Held my car hostage for 2 days, did not perform diagnostics services asked for. Simply needed passenger tire checked for rubber burning smell. They were behind a guy but initially said an hour, entire day nothing even when I called to check in. Did not pickup my car til TWO DAYS later and the notes included nothing about the leaking break line I needed diagnosed. Took it to another shop. This place is a wash.

So I’ve been to the other location on the east beltline and I had a great experience! Left them a 5 star review! Unfortunately, this was pitiful in comparison to them! Came in at 2:40pm for a 3pm appointment. Didn’t expect the guys to start immediately on my car! But when 1 hour and 10 minutes went by, I walked behind the shop and they still hadn’t even looked at my car, I mean what a joke! They eventually pulled my car into shop at 4pm after I explained to the guy that I needed to go! If I hadn’t walked out and looked for my car I probably would have waited a lot longer! They had my car for almost 3 hours and the car was still pulling to the right!! I mean what the hell! Gave me some bs story about tires. I asked for my refund and he said ok. The manager John sent the tech out to speak to me about the car not being aligned correctly. I had to ask for John specifically who was out back. Eventually I got out of the place almost 3 hours later with no improvement on my alignment, just excuse after excuse. The staff I dealt with ( not the manager )were doing their bestz Will return to Firestone but not this location ever again! Badly managed!
