I’ve gone to this Firestone for my oil changes, flat tires, and just general tune-ups and they’ve consistently done incredible work that is reasonably priced for how high quality their service is. Just wanna say that I’m very happy with the service at Firestone. Gary helped me out with my truck got everything I needed a oil change differential fluid change brake fluid change also alignment. He also helped me out with some specials that saved me money and I was very grateful got my truck by the end of the day. I will be definitely coming back for any auto care.

Firestone to the rescue! My tire was low on air so I rolled into Firestone and asked for air but expressed worry that something may be amiss. After a brief inspection, Robert confirmed that a nail was causing the leak. He had it patched in 30 minutes and I was on my way. Great service!

I've been here 5 different times on all different days so I don't understand why it's not a 5 star avg review... Feel like I've met the majority of staff and I have not a single negative thing to say. This isn't a review specifically to the tires I bought, but the service. (we all know these are the best) I've been sold trash tires on 4 of my vehicles and got used to how bad tires are, bummer. But 6mo ago I got some Destination XT's on my Tahoe and I'm honestly astounded day after day. From Hankook, to Michelin, Big O, Falken. I've had all the tires, and 3 different shops for an alignment. I don't know what magic they did but the alignment now is probably better than it was new, no exaggeration. What's the best part is not being lied to for a sale. I can't remember any staff names besides George, but these people rock. Thank you so much Firestone. I don't think you've ever said no, just 'bring it in' One weight fell off (wheels fault) and I'm on my first rotation after 35k miles. I hope this review helps someone like they've helped me. See where your car will take you. God bless

I’ve been going here for a few years. They’re awesome! Even if a challenge comes along, they make it happen. Very friendly staff and it’s always nice and clean in the customer waiting room. Fred & Gary, the managers at the time of this review are personable and easy to communicate with. Nothing but good experiences. They’ve replaces an axel on my model S as well as breaks and tires, done breaks and tires on my Silverado as well. As well as full set of tires on 2 other cars. I’ve been there a lot. 👍

I took my Mini Cooper in in September because the AC was broken. The people I spoke to were very nice and said it should be done in a few days. I called back after a few days and they said the person working on my car was out. I called the next day, and they said they hadn't done the full diagnostic yet. Called again, and they told me the part was going to take 3-4 days to come in. I had to take the full week off work because what was supposed to be a 3 day job took 10. I am an understanding person and I knew it was a big job, so I didn't fight it or press it. I then picked up my car, and noticed that the hood sensor said it was still open, and the rims around my lights seemed loose. I went back inside and asked if this was normal, and they confirmed it was, so I drove off. The hood sensor went off for the entire drive, and the rim off my flight flew off on the highway. I called them and took it back in the next day, where they fixed the hood sensor. As for the rim around the light, the part was fully gone, and they said they would reorder it and get back to me. It has been two months and I have not heard back. A part is fully missing from my car after I paid 2.2K for a full AC change and had to take it in twice. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this was so extremely disappointing and it's hardly professional to leave a car with missing parts and never reach out again because it's been paid for.

The Orange C.A., off Tustin/Taft, Firestone has outstanding customer service and mechanics. Knowledgeable and friendly employees that are welcoming when you walk in. Very Clean and Comfortable Location/Front Room/Waiting Area. They are focused and location keeps because they are one of the best. I trust this location to service my vehicle when needed, they listen to what I have to say about my truck. Alex, who signed me in was awesome. Was in a parking lot and my tire light came on, was able to drive to Firestone, on the southwest corner of Tustin/Taft (Orange). I was pretty overwhelmed and upset from having a bad day and Gary helped me right away. He was able to see that my tire pressure was low on all 4 tires. He quickly helped me, found that there were no nails, inflated the tires then didn't charge me anything. Amazing! He also offered me a lot of info about my tires and was kind to my son. I'm so happy I came to this Firestone. Gary's customer service was outstanding. I'll be back when it's time to get tires. Thank you!

So I took my truck in to get an oil change with 143355 miles on it. At 143744 my low oil pressure light is going bananas. I went by to ask if they could just top it off because I'm pretty religious about getting an oil change about every month or so. Definitely within every 3,000 mi. A job that should only take about 15 minutes I was told would take between an hour and two. Given the circumstances that I had tires done with my oil change, I think they would have been a little more accommodating. I can't say that I would recommend the quality of anything at this establishment.

Last week I taken my tires and rims to mount and I requested a metal valves stem when I picked up has the plastic valves. Yesterday I take my Jeep to alignment just to make sure everything is lined up, Jeep was filing perfect right, I picked up and had to return after drive a couple blocks because they leave the steering wheel way off, so I drive it back home and the car moves a little bit one side, so when I get home I went under the car to take a look and the old marks where the alignment bar was before was a fresh, so I went back to original adjustments where was before, I take the car drive to test drive and cars fills perfect again same that before they work on it. I just moved to this city so I was looking for a shop to bring my cars but this place is untrustworthy.
