I would like to recommend the excellent service that I received from Firestone Complete Auto Care in Brea on Imperial Highway. The manager, Bryan, knows how to listen carefully and provide solutions that saved me lots of money. I own a low mileage Cadillac that required some service. If I had taken the vehicle to the Cadillac dealer that I bought it from, it would have been hundreds more than I paid here. The service was great and I enjoy the savings. Thanks to Bryan I won't go anywhere else.

Love their lifetime alignment package, and that they genuinely care for my car. Sure, they’re a business, but I’m gonna consider them over Costco in the future. Very disappointed with Costco when I asked for tire patch and rotation, Costco did neither and I wasted 3 hours. Yet this store is winning my business each time I interact with the employees. Professional and friendly.

I made an appointment the day before to get a Lyft vehicle inspection and I waited four hours for it. If you want a good price for it you have to apply for their credit card. They also didn't pass my wipers and they've been working fine.

I made an appointment a week in advance and arrived at 8 AM as scheduled. However, I was told it would take 3–4 hours for a simple oil change, tire rotation, and cabin air filter replacement. If the shop is that busy, appointments should be scheduled more realistically. I ended up going to another shop, and they completed everything in 40 minutes. I value my time, and long wait times like this are unacceptable. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Went in to get a lifetime alignment on my Range Rover and no one else around wanted to do it except these guys! Spoke with Brian and he was a huge help and his hospitality and customer service was awesome!! Me and my brother have our dealers license and have struggled to find a decent alignment shop or just repair shop in general that does the job correctly and has honest good people. We don’t have to look anymore, thank god for Brian and Firestone, would 1,000,000% recommend this place to anyone needing some work done on their car!! Appreciate it Brian 🤘🏼👊🏻

I’ve been going to this Firestone on and off for years. People have always been nice and service has always been reliable. In the last couple of years, however, Bryon and Robert have really taken it up a notch. They’ve been incredibly helpful as I’ve worked through some issues with my aging Mini Cooper. They’ve been honest about the work they can and can’t do on the car, and have always tried to work with me to keep pricing as reasonable as possible. I’ve never felt pressured to buy something I wasn’t ready to, and their helpfulness and honesty has made this local Firestone my first stop when we bought my daughter her first car.
