Brea Auto Body did a great job fixing my wife's car. This is the fourth time in the last 20 years I've had need of their services. Staff was friendly and very professional. Damage was major; they basically had to cut off the last foot of the car body and weld a new one on, then straighten the fenders and put on a new trunk lid and rear bumper. Afterwards everything fit together perfectly without any issues - a first rate job. And the paint matches perfectly with the rest of the car.

I have had services at this location several times over the past 10 years. Every single time they have been nothing but helpful, courteous, and professional. Anytime I had any questions or concerns regarding any body work they worked with me to let me know what my options were. Every time I got my car back it looked just like new, from paint scratches to knocked off side mirrors, they do great work. I even had an incident when I had an emergency, called Brea Auto Body and they helped me take care of it, they got me set up with a rental within a reasonable time so I could get to work in a timely manner. If I need a auto body shop I will continue to go to this shop.

If you have auto body damage, definitely take it here. We had a collision the day before Thanksgiving and Virginia and her team were unbelievably courteous and responsive. I was visiting my mom's house in Brea when it happened. They fixed everything, beautifully, at a super low price and same day. We thought Thanksgiving was ruined but they saved the day! Seriously really nice people and really good at what they do. Highly recommend.

Recently took my son's Chrysler 300 that was hit on the driver's side. They replaced the rear door and quarter panel and repaired other things. It was supposed to be ready on a Friday, but Alan called and said the paint wasn't a perfect match so it would take a few more days. I didn't see that as an inconvenience, I saw that as someone wanting to do a perfect job. And it came out perfect. I would recommend them if you want a "Great" job. They communicated with us throughout the whole process. If I ever have another accident (God Fobid) I'll be going back. Thank you everyone at Brea Auto Body for the outstanding work!

I’ve had Brea autobody work on two cars over the years, both with moderate damage over 2 panels, including trim, that needed to be fixed and paint-matched. The first was a lease and the work was so clean that it wasn’t assessed against me in the lease return. The second was done about 5 years ago and to this day, the body work and the paint color and finish are flawless. I’ve seen other work they have done, and it’s been consistently high-end. They are very courteous people, and the work was done quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone regardless of the car.

This place is absolutely amazing! I had a piece of debris kick up from a car infront of me on the HW. I was driving extremely far back but the piece still hit me and left a huge dent in my car. The fixed it in an hour and 30 mins! I could not believe it! They charged me half of what the Honda Center was going to do! Granted I did pick up the car part from Honda before hand. They did an amazing job! Shout out to Ed! He did a fantastic job! The car looks brand new!

This has been an overdue review I meant to write a while ago. I brought my old Volkswagon Jetta in because the front bumper was coming off due to a high concrete wheel block. I was so stressed thinking I was going to have to replace it knowing it would have been costly. The owner assured me he could fix it. I had an excellent experience with this auto body shop from start to finish. After the insurance company of the person who hit me initially accepted liability, there was an issue where they later attempted to deny it due to paperwork not being filed properly. It was incredibly frustrating, especially since my own insurance adjuster had already provided me with written confirmation of liability to submit to the other carrier that was responsible for paying the shop. The staff stepped in right away and handled everything with professionalism and confidence. Yolanda up at the front was very informative. Jim the owner, worked through the confusion, made sure the correct documentation was addressed, and ultimately resolved the situation successfully. What could have turned into a stressful, drawn-out battle was handled smoothly and efficiently because of their knowledge and persistence.
