The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable They will still point out problems they notice from inspections but will give you advice and time frames on when/if those things will need attention rather than just telling you it needs to be fixed immediately Thank you guys I'm glad I found a good place that will take care of my BMW.

I had a great experience with Firestone Auto Parts. They were incredibly easy to work with and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. 2 new front FIRESTONE label tired with alignment along with other work done In 6 month, with only weekend use…. First the right tire shredded on the highway Paid for a 3rd replacement tire at 118 ? @ fire stone NJ 2 months later the left tire shredded Changed all 4 tires with the competitor MAVIS No issues. Attempted to address to no resolve Firestone promise It’s just words

Came in for a full set of tires, John was very helpful. You can set appointment or do a walk in and wait in line. If they don’t have the tires you need they can order most of them next day. Get the lifetime wheel alignment .. it’s 199$ , but worth every penny, you can get a alignment every 3 months for life ..it will help the tires last longer. The waiting area can use a update . In and out in 2 hours , 4 tires and wheel alignment.

I have been visiting this Firestone shop for a while...not sure, I think there are new managers on site...I got to say...it is refreshing to visit this shop. The workers go above and beyond to explain things out. I drive a company car, approvals are required, I had a situation I made a stop, one of the workers Martez took my info and stated he was going to get the approval right away so it would not take as long when I returned...he did, even called to alert me that it had been approved.The manager and workers all seem to work well together, it reflects on the quality of work delivered. Thanks so much!

Sanjay and everyone else are THE BEST! Professional, caring and an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING communicators! Kept me informed throughout my visit! I had to have my car towed to this shop. I wasn’t familiar with this business, but it was close to home and available. I arrived later than expected due to the tow, but Sanjay was immediately available to take care of me.
