First and last visit. Needed a pressure check which they performed. They asked that I pull the car in front of a bay on other side. The mechanic found my tire was 10 pounds low and did a great job of getting me where it should be. No charge., My issue is having the car pulled into an area full of debris. At my feet were nails, screws and bolts. Does this make sense? I asked, he said "they" are suppose to sweep it. 2.5 rounding down.

I have a new car and everyone there’s is super nice and sweet! Never make me fell stupid for asking questions about my car and always get me in fast Charles is the best and explained my the alignment specs to me in a ways that made sense! I also have a 2000 ford that has a lot of rust I was scared they wouldn’t work on do to the rust but they did the tires for me!! Will definitely be bring my cars back here my Camaro needs work done to it soon

I’ve taken my 08 Miata here twice now, the first was an big oil leak which they fixed at a fair price given the thorough work they do, my second time was for a much more major part, which they did phenomenally well work as well replacing this major piece to my car, it is not an easy car to work on always, and they got it done, the team there now currently in late 2025 to early 2026 are valid, trustworthy, and reliable.

Came here as an emergency brake change before a road trip, inside staff was extremely polite and explained why certain things needed to be changed. They even brought me my old brake pad to show me how a new one should look vs how mine looked, made me feel better that I wasn’t getting “got” and my rotor really did need to be changed. Price was a lot more than I was expecting but that’s what you get for emergency convenience.

Worst service ever. The girl at the front is extremely rude. My appointment was at 8am, they switched it 30 minutes before without a reason, to 10am. I brought the car in at 9:45am. I sat there waiting. I understand it wasn’t going to be a super quick service but it got till almost 2pm and my car was still sitting in the parking lot. They hadn’t even looked at it. When I asked why she gave me an attitude and another customer that was there even told her she had been rude all day to several other people. As soon as I got all 4 new tires put in. I hadn't even reached out the lot and the tire light went on. So I called she said just drive on it for a little bit and it'll turn off. So I did and it didnt go off so I called again and she said turn it off manually. So I did. I kept driving and it turned back on. So I called, and she said sometimes it takes a while to turn off. So I kept driving and turning it off. Then I finally called and she said bring it in and we will turn it off. I brought it in and they didn’t check any of the tires. They went and turned the light off. And I went on my way. It kept turning back on but the tires weren’t flat. On the third day I almost lost my life because I was on the highway and the tire went completely flat and I was on a curve. I called and they said to bring it in again. Like no thanks I just almost died.

I highly advise against getting a state inspection done here. They will do whatever they can to get money out of you. They said ALL of my rotors needed to be replaced (I’ve had them looked at by several mechanics who said they were fine), and they quoted nearly $1000 for a full brake job which is absolutely ridiculous. They also had a bunch of other “recommended” work they wanted to do, which was quoted for an additional $6400. They must think I’m an idiot if I’m paying that for a car that is barely worth half that. Didn’t even bother coming back, took it to NAPA and it passed no problem.

Slowest service I’ve ever dealt with. Took over a day to get an oil change. Had to leave our vehicle overnight. They won’t update you when it’s ready either. You have to keep asking them. I won’t be coming back.

I was traveling home to another state and had my car towed here because I caught a flat tire along the way. My tires required power tools and road side assistance wasn’t an option. I arrived at 10 am and was told I’d have to wait around until 4 pm to get service. Even after expressing that I wasn’t local, have a child and live 4 hours away and would be exhausted having to wait 6 hours then drive, they still did not service my car. If you need help and service to travel safely in a pinch, do not go here. They do not care. I had my car towed again up the street to Tire Choice, they anticipated my arrival, serviced my car right away for free and I made it home safely to my family.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would give it 0 stars. I brought in my 2013 Subaru forester that is not a turbo engine that takes 0w20 even says it on the oil cap but they put 5w30 in my car and didn’t put the correct amount in my car because I only went 800 miles over and my engine blew the fourth cylinder stopped working completely and my car had no oil in it at all. My car has no leaks never had an issue with it only had the car for a year. I reached out to corporate to make a claim spoke with someone named Chet he told me his boss denied my claim because my mechanic took my engine out to look at it and none of that happened so I had to send my claim for denial review to his boss Seth Byrd sent him an email 12/10 never heard anything back emailed him repeatedly well I emailed Chet to let him know I never heard back received an automated email that said if I needed assistance to reach out to someone named John so I did he reached out had me send everything to him and then he wants to tell me I’m still denied because he looked on google that it’s okay to put 5w30 in my car and it’s my responsibility to make sure they put the correct amount of oil in it. Why should I have to double check their work? So then I sent him my google research of the damage 5w30 can do to my car which the number one issue is engine problems sent that too John and haven’t heard back from anymore no one wants to return a call or an email so don’t go to this place unless you want your car to stop working and them not take responsibility

The alignment that I got done in the Hampton, Virginia store for my Dodge pickup truck made it worser. The truck didn't never pull to the left like it is now, after they align it..I drove it to Firestone after I replaced some front-end parts and drove nicely, but was instructed to get it aligned. I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM ALIGNING VEHICLES.

Had a wonderful experience getting new tires. I needed four new tires for my RAV4 and they had them in stock and were able to do them right then, only took 2 hours. Zach helped me initially and helped me get the financing which also provided a discount on the tires. The young lady who checked me out (I didn't catch her name) was also very helpful, I'm glad she convinced me to also get the alignment I desperately needed, I'm sure she's has saved me a headache down the road. They did all this for half the price I was quoted at r&r down the street. I will definitely be back.

I took my car to this Firestone for a repair, and instead of fixing it, they told me I had to go to AutoZone myself to buy the part. To make matters worse, they didn’t even tell me the name of the part or the part number, claiming 'AutoZone would just know. It is not a parts store's job to diagnose my car or guess what a mechanic needs. I am paying for a professional service, yet I’m being asked to do the logistics and diagnostics myself with zero information. This is incredibly unprofessional and a huge waste of time. I will be taking my business elsewhere to a shop that actually does the job they are paid for. Oh and a friend fixed my left blinker with no additional car parts needed other than obviously the bulb needed to replace the old one.

Great customer service at this location. I made an appointment online to get my tire checked. I got an appointment quickly, and they even fit in a an oil change that I needed. It turned out there were some more issues with my tires etc. we were not ready to make the decision right away and they gave us a detailed invoice of what my car needed and the price breakdown. We called them a couple of days later, and I was able to leave my car with them. No hassle whatsoever with this location. The young girl at the front desk is very sweet and helpful. Also, the prices are reasonable here!
