I do my own work and don’t easily trust big box store mechanic shops.I was only coming to Firestone because of the lifetime alignment benefit but I’ve grown to trust this store. Recently I got stuck on a front end suspension problem. Bryce at the front desk has helped me trouble shoot my steering issues by utilizing the $50 diagnostic fee and then letting me know what I need to address. Not only has he provided excellent customer service, but he has taken the extra time to personally address my mechanical concerns in the parking lot while looking at my truck with me. It’s truely been a teamwork experience and has restored my confidence in a big brand like Firestone. You can trust Bryce and his team at this location.

I have been to this location a few times and I haven’t had any issues with them. They communicate well and do their jobs well. I would recommend to make an appointment because this is a busy location some days, but they do their best to accommodate walk ins!

Had an 8 am. appt, for oil change, brake fluid flush, and state inspection. They said i had to leave the vehicle. 1030 inspection was done. 11am and 1130 they called with recommendations and nd prices. Some i decline, including the brake fluid flush as I couldn't afford it. 1pm I called to see if it was ready and was told they are about to change the oil, 3p i called back, and they were getting ready to change the oil. Asked how long it took was told about 30 mins this was 3pm , told the young lady Id be there at 3:45 to get my truck because I have to go to work. Ended up going at 5pm waiting for a ride found it parked in the lot thinking it was done went to pay only to find the oil had not been changed. The young lady at the desk reason was i said I was coming for it because I had work. I had a 8am appointment, and this is 9 hours past. Wasted my entire day and inconvenienced !and no explanation.. Follow up. Had to come back to edit and change my review from 1 to 4 after speaking to the manager. Thanks to Bryce, the manager, for reaching out to me. He was very understanding and pleasant, and professional even offered me a complimentary oil change.

I had scheduled an appointment online and than it says call for inspection so I called and Bryson answered and I told him I would like an inspection done and he states that bring it in today we not that business I stated I made an appointment for other services for Wednesday he now than says we’ll drop it off and leave it with me all day lol after saying it’s first come first serve and I said I will wait he says will ppl drop cars off the night before and it may be 10-15 cars like really make it make sense so I called another firestone and made an appointment with no problem I will get the other work done there as well I will not give this firestone my business horrible

My AC went out and over the last month. I’ve spent over $1500 at the Chesapeake N. Battlefield location. Not a SINGLE one of my vehicles issues were fixed, after having it at this shop on multiple occasions. I got to pay for two separate diagnostics, in which I assumed point-to-point inspections were being conducted to find a power fault that was causing my AC blower motor to intermittently cut off. My refrigerant was also leaking, as my system was blowing hot. They replaced( and I was charged for )my blower motor and relay, which were NOT the cause of either of my issues. For the vehicle back… same issue persists. After my own digging and research, I found the issue to be a burnt/melted connector. I let the manager know what was uncovered and he referred me out to another shop that is capable of managing my repair, as they don’t deal with electrical. This shop also sent me on my way, twice, without actually finding/patching the refrigerant leak that I paid for and was quoted as being under warranty. Didn’t even tell me they couldnt locate the leak. Told me I was good to go and sent me on my way!This is during the hottest month of this year, by far!!! I dropped my vehicle off for a 3rd time last week to be recharged again and had to call the shop today for an update( 5 days later), just to be told they couldn’t find my leak, and that I would need to go elsewhere again, after having already paid for services here. Avoid this shop if you can, at least for AC servicing. Nothing but my time and money wasted

Do not take your car here for an inspection! They rejected my car for not cleaning the headlights and I can buy a cleaner for $10 bucks and get the film off myself. They want to charge $65 dollars, a dim bulb over the license plate, a loose exhaust pipe-jiggly, a headlight realignment! Ridiculous! They want a fortune and I will go somewhere else. Charged me $20 bucks too. I read the bad reviews and took it there because they said they could get me in asap-catch 22-don’t do it!!

GM Bryce and his team did a fantastic job! I had a flat tire that needed to be towed in. I called in advance and Bryce advised they could fit me in. Once I arrived, they identified the issue which was a drill bit inside the tire. They were able to repair the tire and found two lugs that were cross threaded. Had to replace those but was out the door in no time. Communication was top notch along with advising issues before/during and after. I am a regular customer and will remain due to how competent and trustworthy they are! Great job Bryce and team!

Do NOT take your car here for an inspection! I have a 2020 Toyota Corolla that has been kept up with since I bought it and I have never failed an inspection until this place. They charged me $40 to align my headlights that were “too low.” They have never been too low for any other shop. They also made up stuff about how about 7 other things were “highly recommended” for another few hundred dollars. It doesn’t end there, I know a guy who just went there for an inspection with a car that was just fully detailed including headlight cleaning (that was both inside & outside) and they failed him for his headlights being foggy and needing to be aligned. They are failing every single car for some sort of non-existent headlight problem. Will be reporting to the BBB ASAP!

I recently scheduled an appointment online for four new tires at your location for 8:00 AM. Within 15 minutes, I received a call asking if I could drop off the car instead. I explained that I would need to arrive at 9:00 AM, as I required a ride. I arrived at 8:50 AM and was pleasantly greeted by Bryce, the store manager. However, the experience quickly went downhill. At 2:30 PM, I called to check on the status of my car and was informed that it was next in line to go into the bay. When I arrived at 4:15 PM, the car had been moved but was sitting on the side of the building. The receptionist mentioned someone was working on it—though at that time, there were no cars in the service bay. Approximately 10 minutes later, my car was pulled into the bay. It was the only vehicle in there for about 15 minutes, followed by two others. At 5:15 PM, a technician came over and showed me a photo of a bent lug nut, stating that the tire couldn’t be reinstalled until the issue was resolved. By this point, I was extremely frustrated. At 6:45 PM, I was informed that my car was finally ready. I was shown the damaged lug nut and told, “I’ve never seen that before.” Frankly, I wasn’t interested in explanations at that point. From my perspective, the damage occurred because the technician likely attempted to force the lug nut without first hand-tightening it. What’s more disappointing is that, despite the delay and inconvenience, I was simply told my total and wished a good day—no apology, no acknowledgment of the 10-hour wait for what should have been a routine tire replacement. I had driven past three other tire shops to come here—despite colleagues warning me against it—because I’ve had good service from your location in the past. This experience, however, was among the most unprofessional and poorly managed I’ve encountered.

After a disappointing tire change experience at Firestone, I left thinking I would never come back. A couple of days later, Bryce, the store manager, personally called to ask what happened. I explained the situation in detail, and he listened, expressed genuine concern, and apologized. He assured me he would address the issues with his team. Today, I returned to have my tires aligned, and the service was professional, efficient, and courteous. Bryce once again apologized for my previous experience. It’s rare to find a manager who takes customer feedback so seriously and works to make things right. Bryce is the reason I came back—and the reason I’ll continue to be a customer here.

On Friday, August 8, while on a long distance drive back to NJ, I needed a tire replaced on an emergency basis. Rei Peterson, Sales Teammate, was very friendly and accommodating and provided fast assistance to my situation. She ensured the new tire was installed within 45 minutes or so, much faster than any reasonable expectation of service. First the agent Kelsey was very professional & I commend her getting my car serviced sooner than expected. After 2.5 sets of Firehawk AS I switched to the Potenza Sport AS. I didn't feel I was getting my moneys worth (31K out of 50K miles with 5/32" or better tread remaining except for one tire). Additionally I couldn't get a warranty credit do to the current sale. I don't feel that is "double dipping", it should be honoring your warranty regardless of a sale. I've moved on from Firestone. I'll see how well these Bridgestone perform before it is time to get tires on my wife's 2025 MDX. And for the cyber pundits tires were regularly aligned, rotated a & proper pressure maintained. ('04 TL 6MT)

Got my brakes and rotors replaced for a good price. I loved being able to book online, and the maintenance was done fast! Way faster than any work I've scheduled at other repair shops.
