The mechanic did a good job installing and balancing the wheels and tires. My 3 star review is because he damaged my lug nuts, and when I told the manager about it, he tried to excuse instead of apologize. Nothing against anybody personally, I’m just reporting what happened.

A few weeks ago, our 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 needed the brakes replaced and an oil change. The manager was super polite and took great care of us, along with the mechanics themselves! Because it took some extra parts, our vehicle kept them open late, but they determined to finish it that day anyway. Points for politeness, great job, at a reasonable price! Thanks everyone!

The two ladies who assisted me at different times were unable to describe the service I requested, which created confusion with the technician. The lack of communication regarding the process for my vehicle made my wait very long. The customer service provided by the people at the front desk was very poor. However, at least Josh, the technician, was very friendly.

I got a decent deal on tires, but tires are tires if you’re buying a good quality. However, the upsell on crap I did not need was not appreciated. I brought my car over to Subaru who had just checked the car a week earlier and they told me no I did not need a battery and no nothing was wrong with the connection !!! Shame on you, Firestone

Made an appointment for a single tire replacement, arrived a few minutes early and front staff was polite, gave me an hour to an hour and forty five minute time estimate. Over two hours later- my car was still sitting in the same spot at which point I asked for an updated time estimate. The only response I received was “about thirty minutes” with no further explanation. They pulled my car into the shop moments later, replaced the one, single tire that I ended up waiting a total of three hours for, when I made an appointment in advance and the appointment time was confirmed. The work itself looks rushed and there are now scratches on my rim. They also had multiple other customers waiting 2+ hours and actually told one lady that they forgot about her and she had to reschedule. Do not go here unless you are okay with your time being wasted and your vehicle disrespected.

Dan provided superior customer service yesterday. He was friendly, knowledgeable and kept me informed on the status of the repair. Dan and the mechanic team got me back on the road quickly considering there were 2 wheel bearings to replace and at least 3 other customers ahead of me. Very happy with the service and will return to this particular location (Blackstock Rd Spartanburg SC) in future.

I just had a wonderful experience at this location. I may be mistaken, but I think the man’s name was Dave. I came first thing in the morning needed a tire after being down all my luck, getting nails in my tires going to two other places prior to this with no luck… these people made a stressful situation a little less stressful. They were nice professional and best of all quick. They got me in and out and were super nice to my toddler. Thank you!!!

I was satisfied because I got a great sale on tires however, they tried to upsell me for something I did not need. I had just had my vehicle serviced and checked at Subaru and I was advised everything was fine. Meanwhile, Rhonda tried to upsell me on a battery. Be careful if you’re not getting tires I would be very wary of this location.

Firestone across from Westgate Mall is the only place i will take my vehicles to get serviced. Odis "Big O" is someone that I've known my entire life. He brings great character and dependability to the already great staff. The rest of the guys and gals there always show attention to detail and make sure that all of my vehicles leave with all problems solved. You can be confident in taking your car to this Firestone.
