Andy, Jose and Gabriel are the best! Professional and very knowledgeable. They offer coffee for those who are waiting and are very welcoming to all who walk in. I’ve been to other firestones over the years and this place is the best! The crew here is what you would expect an establishment to be! The area is clean, the bathroom is clean and it seems like every customer is a return customer cause the staff greeted everyone by name which you only see with a crew that is solid! Overall, great place to bring your vehicle. Andy is also a military veteran so thank you for your service to all of us and to this beautiful nation!

I had such a great experience at this Firestone! The team here is always friendly, professional, and goes the extra mile. One Sunday afternoon I actually showed up a little late, and they were barbecuing instead of turning me away, they still helped me out and even offered me some food! That small gesture really showed how kind and down-to-earth everyone is. The service is always done right, and they make you feel like family. Enrique and Andy have been taking care of three of my vehicles for a while now, and their consistency, honesty, and attention to detail are unmatched. Although Jose wasn’t present during my most recent visit, I’ve worked with him in the past, and he is every bit as professional and customer‑focused as Enrique and Andy. Jose is amazing at Firestore Complete Auto Care. Been going to Firestone for more than a decade. They’re always taken good care of me and my cars. Today I had an alignment issue that I felt needed to be completed. The pricing was fairly inexpensive too. Plus you get a one year warranty included with the service unless you want to pay for a longer warranty. I was down here around Pala area for my birthday weekend festivities and felt my car wasn’t quite driving right and the low pressure light came on. To me those are a good indication of something to have check out especially alignment. I even saw 3-4 mechanics of theirs working on my car. Good people and superlative service.
