Jacob actually caught some things that the other firestone had mistakenly installed incorrectly (for the make and model of my car), and he fixed it. On December 5th, 2025 we contacted Firestone’s corporate 1-800 number regarding a serious and ongoing alignment and tire issue. Since then, we have called repeatedly throughout December and now January. Each time, we were told that upper management or corporate would contact us within 2–3 business days. That has never happened. The failure to address this issue has resulted in continued tire wear and progressive damage to the vehicle, which poses a safety concern. We have documented every call and have received nothing but repeated apologies and empty promises. The lack of accountability and follow-through from corporate is unacceptable. We are formally requesting immediate resolution: a full vehicle inspection, proper alignment correction, and repair or replacement of the damaged tires at no cost. Continued inaction is forcing us to escalate further.

On December 5, 2025, we contacted Firestone’s corporate 1-800 number regarding a serious alignment issue that began shortly after purchasing new tires in October along with a lifetime alignment. Over the following month and a half, we made repeated calls throughout December and January. We were consistently told upper management or corporate would contact us within 2–3 business days. That never happened. The only action taken was corporate reviewing the case file on a weekend and offering only a refund for the lifetime alignment, which does nothing to address the real issue. Firestone has not taken responsibility for the fact that the unresolved alignment ruined nearly new tires, caused ongoing vehicle damage, and may have resulted in additional mechanical issues due to the prolonged delay. A refund for the alignment alone is inadequate. We are requesting full accountability, including: • Immediate inspection and correction of the alignment • Replacement of the damaged tires • Compensation for the excessive delay in repairs and potential vehicle damage This issue has been ongoing since December 5, 2025, and the lack of direct contact from upper management is unacceptrable.

I'm updating my previous review. This location is really bad now because Silas their Services Manager is no longer working there. Their service overall has downgraded and you can tell that their Store Manager drops the ball with all customers. I don't recommend this location at all anymore. They have lost a loyal customer! BEWARE if you take your car in for work that should take few hours, count that your car will be there for days.

Called this morning to make an appointment for today or Monday. I was told they had availability at noon and 1pm today. I made my appointment for noon today. Got there at 11:45. The guy asked me if I was coming back for my car. I asked how long it would be to be done. He told me there was a 3-4 hour wait. I said even though I had an appointment? He said there were 3 people in front of me. What is the point of making an appointment for a certain time if I’m still going to wait 3-4 hours? I had a friend come pick me up thankfully or I was going to have to sit there. I asked the guy when I left if someone would call me when it was done and verified my number. He said someone would call me. 4pm came and no call. I called to see when my car would be done and was told it was done. Who knows how long it had been done. Very poor customer service and ridiculous that even with an appointment you have to wait 3-4 hours. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I won’t be back

Had a great experience with Adrian. Hit a curve that caused a tear on the tire so needed to get a replacement. Adrian was very courteous and made sure the tire needed was there to avoid any delays prior to physically arriving at the store. Once there and after looking at the other tires recommended we replace one more so that we have even wear and the car rides better. OG tires had approximately 40k miles on them so couldn’t agree more with Adrian when he made the suggestion. Again, great experience, advice and he even provided a small discount without me even asking. This is old school customer service and integrity you no long see these days so will definitely be back for vehicle needs.
