Wow! Can’t say enough good things about these fine folks. Needed them late in the day on our way from Indiana to South Florida. Not only did they work us in and address our problem (at a fair price) but they were quite professional, competent and pleasant. From Nathalie in the front office to Derrick (the mechanic) it was a truly great (and unusual) experience.

Not surprised by the unprofessional, arrogant, and yet again dishonesty in your response to me. We keep all of our receipts Mr. Derrick. I have photographs and documentation to back up my claims. In addition, My Father had to take his car to another shop to re-repair what you all “claimed” to have repaired. He spent $2500 at your shop and 2 months later, I drove him to another mechanic nearby. He refused to return to your establishment to allow you to do free repairs that would have been covered by your 3 month warranty. We drove past your shop 4 times. That’s how hurt my father was by you. We don’t believe in Karma over here. We believe in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and we pray that he changes your angry heart and bitter mindset towards customers who trusted you to help them. Be Blessed.

I had another shop do some work on my truck. It didn't go well. 5 star was able to get me in soon and did a great job. They showed me what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. Great communication and customer service. Would recommend to anyone needing a repair. Supporting locals vice national chains is always a good thing too.

Came in for a driver's side axle replacement. Slightly more expensive than average, but they are timely and do a good job. They even torqued the lugnuts properly, when most shops just crank them on way past what they're suppose to be. Edit: Roughly two weeks later, I go to change the axle on the other side, which they didn't tell me was going bad (probably didn't check) and realize that they seemingly tried to jack up or lift the vehicle by its aluminum skid plate, instead of the actual jack point, and bent the heck out of it (pictured). When I pulled the other axle out, differential fluid should have leaked out, but it didn't, which tells me they also didn't top the diff fluid off after replacing the drivers side axle.

Was recommended by a family friend, have use this business twice before (everything went fine) came back for a third time (all different cars) because I’m loyal. Cadillac D kept my car for almost 2 months with little to no updates, I had to call the office and every time I called they said they would give me a call back and never did. My wife’s 8 months pregnant and we didn’t have a car for almost two months (like stressing about a new born isn’t enough as is) then when I finally get a hold of Derick, he tells me that it’s going to cost almost $5000. I told him no I literally cannot afford this. He calls me back and says “oh I found what was wrong” blah blah blah. Somehow the price went from $4700 down to $600….. I knew something was fishy… So I drove an hour to the shop to finally pick up the car after almost 2 months Drive the car home everything seemed fine parked it in the driveway Woke up next day to take a long awaited grocery trip to Walmart and the check engine light comes back on and the transmission start slipping! My car was stuck in the middle of the road had to push it back into a spot… Now I’m in between bringing the car back for a “warranty” but risking not having a car for what even longer than 2 months this time? Or just taking the $600 “L” and taking my business elsewhere…

Saved me in a stressful situation! Nancy at the front desk was friendly and a lifesaver. My 2010 Acura TSX needed a new alternator, and I had no funds for the repair. She listened to the situation and, without judgment, presented a financing option with SNAP that was 100 days no-interest. The necessary repair was completed, handled efficiently and professionally. I don’t normally leave reviews, but the service at five star auto repair truly was five stars. From the customer service aspect every member of the team was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable through every interaction. In regard to actual repairs and maintenance, they thoroughly diagnosed any and every issue rather than throw parts at it like a lot of shops tend to do. I had a great experience here getting new tires and brakes. The team was professional, friendly, and very respectful of my time. I explained how important it was for me to have my car ready by 3 PM, and they delivered exactly on time. They also went above and beyond by letting me handle payment in advance so I could simply walk in, sign, grab the keys, and go. It was quick and seamless. Later, when I thought something hadn’t been done (which turned out to be my misunderstanding), the owner Derrick, took the time to explain everything clearly and professionally.
