This Walmart tire shop says they fix flat tires, but that’s not true. Instead of repairing the tire, they just try to sell you a new one.

They overfilled my oil and cracked my oil pan, ruined the spark plugs. Made me run around to get quotes, then pretty much ghosted us when it was time to pay up.. Had to call and email the adjuster/case manager (Dustin) every other day to no avail. Finally got a representative on the phone that understand what was going on and couldn't understand why he hadn't done his job after a month. She was able to get the check cut for the repairs literally that same day. Then tried to reach his higher up (Monique) about the service, she never even bothered to email or call back.

Do not go here. Went in at 7am to have my tires patched. 2 different tires. They missed the 2nd nail even though the tires were also rotated. Went home after they told me it was patched. Realized a few hours later the other tire was not patched. Called and explained and was told I would be in the back of the queue and wpuld take 2-3 hrs. I understand from their perspective that the other tire could have occurred on my way home. But I would have appreciated the benefit of doubt and been offered to have my car be bumped to the front of the line to have the other tire patched. It's my fault for choosing walmart as a place to fix my car issues. Will not make that mistake again. Another notable issue what that all 4 tires were left at a different psi. The 1 tire they patched was at 34psi. Other tires were between 29 and 32 when I checked. Manager told me the service techs are measured by how fast they fix cars. Which likely let to the poor quality of service I received.

The tire center messed up my balancing and installed a sensor that does not work. Balanced wrong and not put correct air. Wait time is 3 hours just to tell you that the tire that they ordered wasn't right size. Manager argued, would not refund. Guy with beard has bad attitude. Don't come if you don't want your car messed up. Had to go to dealer to fix it.

Don’t go here. Last time I came I didn’t have any problems and there was a completely different staff. But today when I came in I was treated poorly. I was an hour late to my appointment. (Oil change and tire rotation) Okay, I must’ve misread the time and that was my fault. Was told I’d have to wait 3 1/2 hours. Okay fine not ideal but again I’m at fault for misreading the time. The lady named Jenny (steer clear of her, she’s rude and arrogant) asked me for info about my tires (I didn’t have to do this last time) so I had to go outside and check. So when I came back in to give her the info she asked for I got ignored while they helped other customers. (Update 12/2/23) came back to say the Causeway location is much better, wonderful staff and had the opposite of this experience. I’ll be going there from now on. Avoid this one like the plague.

They have the best price available in the neighborhood, and the technicians know what they are doing. They do pretty much everything you need for your vehicle's regular maintenance, but their service is terrible. Expect an almost 4—to 5-hour wait if you have appointments, and don't bother coming without an appointment. If you can leave your vehicle and come back, they're a good auto maintenance shop.

Do not use them they are completely idiots I ordered tires cause they were cheaper than anyone else They put the new tires on the following morning I went to get in car and the air light was on saying get air asap I brought back to Walmart they said oh they are the wrong tires for that car So I had to go somewhere else then return the tires back to them after which cost me 600 more Now today I look at credit card and it says they are charging for the tires I have back to them They said they only got one Well I do have the receipts thank god But I would never recommend this auto care they do not know what they are doing at all Complete nonsense

If I could give no stars I would I have gotten tires installed by this Walmart auto center last year and I went and expressed that they are needed to be replaced but they were not willing to even look at the tires and have no understanding of customer service I was even willing to pay for most of them but they refused to help me

I went to Walmart Auto Center for a basic oil change and overall it was a decent experience. The price was great way cheaper than other places and they got it done in about 30 minutes while I did some shopping. Staff was polite and got the job done. Just make sure to double-check your dipstick before you leave, but for the price and convenience, it’s hard to beat

Waited almost two hours just for a new tire without them installing it.. just the tire. I should’ve listened to the reviews. Worst Walmart auto I’ve ever been to.

Got an oil change at Walmart and it was actually a really smooth experience. Pulled in, dropped off the keys, and it was done in about 30 minutes. The price was great and the staff was polite. I still checked the dipstick after just to be safe, but everything looked good. Super convenient if you’re already shopping there.

I ordered my tires online and scheduled an appointment to have them installed at the Walmart tire center. Then I randomly get an email saying my appointment was cancelled — yet the tires are still showing in stock. I’ve tried calling multiple times and can’t get anyone to explain why it was cancelled or help me make a new appointment. No communication, no answers, and no support at all. Completely frustrating and a huge waste of time. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I’d like to start by say Jovon at the counter was very nice and professional… that being said this is the worst experience I have ever had with any vehicle service in my life… I called and set an appointment for 1130 yesterday for today… It is now 130 and I still have not received my car… Mind you this is for a simple oil change… What is the point of even setting appointments if that is not what time your vehicle will be serviced? At this point, the oil change is way overpriced considering I have been sitting here for two hours past my appointment time. That is terrible service and Walmart should value peoples time. I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy.

Please, DON’T buy from Walmart.com with installation services from here, they keep canceling the appointments just a few hours before for unknown reasons. I just arrived there and my tires were there but they cancelled my appointment so I had to buy them direct from the store (more expensive than online) and drive to a different place for installation.

Appt for an oil change at 3:30pm.. still waiting at 4:15pm.. asked employee where in line my appt was and he showed me a tablet with 4 others ahead of me. Asked for a timeframe, none given. Based on my calculations I was not sitting there for an additional 2.5 hours. I will take my business to another Walmart. This is the 2nd time this has happened, previously they said their compressor was shot and waiting for repair. Never communicated any further and now this. Poor management of time.

Review: Automotive Department Experience I recently brought my daughter’s Jeep Grand Cherokee into the automotive department for an oil change and two new tires with mounting and installation. I understand that appointments are preferred, but I dropped the vehicle off early and was told they’d get it done that day. Unfortunately, they had my vehicle for over four hours and still couldn’t provide an estimated time for completion. About 30 minutes before the department was closing, I was told they couldn’t install the 275/60R20 tires because they differed slightly from the OEM 265/50R20 — a width difference of only 10 mm (about 0.39 of an inch). They claimed it would be a mismatch unless I replaced all four tires. I agreed to buy four new ones just to get the job done before my out-of-state trip, only to be told they didn’t have any in stock. At that point, I had wasted half a day with no progress, no communication, and no solution. Thankfully, Pep Boys down the road was able to help the same day — otherwise, I would have missed my flight the next morning. The shop itself is disorganized, with tools, tires, and trash scattered around. The waiting area only has about six chairs, feels cramped, and even the exit door is locked at random times. The technicians seem slow, and the counter staff lack basic knowledge about tires and maintenance. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I’ve used this store for other purchases before, but I will avoid their automotive department from now on. Pros: Competitive pricing (if they actually complete the job) Convenient location Cons: Extremely long wait times Poor communication and lack of accountability Unorganized shop and cramped waiting area Staff appear untrained or uninformed about tire sizing and service policies Refusal to complete reasonable customer requests

Do not recommend. I exclusively used this Walmart for oil changes the last 10 years. I have steadily watched the auto center dip in quality of customer service and work they do. They are now effectively useless.3 months ago it took 6 hours to get my oil changed. I went in today to find out that oil changes are appointment only and you now must supply your own oil filter. The only useful thing they did at Walmart was tell me which oil change centers I could buy the filter from, to buy the filter from. So I took my car to the pep boys she recommended and got my oil changed in 10 minutes instead. Dont waste your time or money with this location.
