If I could give this place a 0 star I would!!😡 Went to get my tires put on and tires are unbalanced and car is shaking with tires unbalanced …not only that was given the wrong size tire. I was stranded on 1-75 in Brooksville in the dark…RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS PLACE!!

Really rude. Asked if they could change my tire and they responded “No” and kept walking as if I was not ever there. Asked why? Just kept on walking. Been here before & didn’t have a bad experience. Don’t know what’s up.

Stopped by today, 1. Tires over priced for used, especially compared to every other used tire shop on 41. 2. The over priced tire was dipped, which means there are defects with the tire, when I questioned him about, he became very upset. 2. The alternative tire, was almost 8 yrs old, that not a good tire, and the tire was bald, juan didnt allow me to use my thread gauge to check it. Tire also dipped. 3. Lastly he became more upset and started talking he doesnt sell new tire for 30$. Lmao. I dont want a new 1, just a good 1 priced fairly. .... juan attitude from the moment I pulled up, showed he didnt want me there.... way to go juan

Do not buy a trailer from this tire store. U will regret. I repeat do not buy a trailer here I noticed the axles were bent and the bearings were bad. You will regret spending more money on his used trailer then buying a new one. This guy tried to rob me asking to pay him then i was goingg to test ride tbe trailer and if I did not like he would refund my money. But wanted to sign the registration over to me and give me a bill of sale.this company tried to take advantage of me. Thank god i was not born yesterday. Repeat do not buy. U will be throwing your money away

They broke my lug and stud off replacing a tire and when I returned to have them fix it they informed me ( with the pieces in their hand) that they did not break it.. told me I would have to pay to fix it.. unprofessional and unsafe.. will be reporting!!

This used to be the go to person for me, but now he's almost never open. Great service and people when it was open. I've never bought used tired from location because I always do new and bring my own. My dad has and they work well. They've lost my business now at this point because I can't get service no more. There's no posted days of service and hours, but Google says open all the time. I used to come weekends and got service and separate times I've come on a Friday and Monday and they aren't open, and not open on weekends anymore. I actually liked coming here.

I stopped there to get a nail in my tire removed. I pointed out the exact tire to him ,then he went to remove the wrong one. When I then nicely told him that it wasn't that one he ordered me to leave his shop while yelling at me, he was sooo angry l couldn't believe it. I still gave him $10 for removing the wrong tire, yelling at me and telling me to leave, l guess I was raised properly 😔🤦😏

Sold me a bad a real tire and then free replaced it with a even worse tire because now my car is wobbling because of a broken belt inside the tire tire he sold me. The tire didn't even last one week Smh...

Sold me 2 tires were the wrong size and he told me they would be fine, driving felt like the wheels were going to fly off. Next day I had to replace them. Since they were used I couldn't return them so I lost $100 on that purchase

I was told that I would be getting a used tire that was in great shape but, that was a complete lie. After having the tire for only 4 days, my tire pressure light came on. I filled it with air & even after that inwas still losing air & my light was still coming on. I went to Juan's shop multiple times to purchase a new tire but they were ALWAYS closed whenever I would pull up. I went to a more trustworthy auto shop nearby & they informed me that I was sold a very old tire that had dry rot on the inside, causing it to constantly lose air. Never purchase a tire from this establishment...ever.

Been coming here since I moved to Fl over 15 years ago when I was driving my 1980 Caprice & than my 1995 Deville until still today with my 04 Avalanche.....always great respectful service at Juan's, but these negative reviews I read are an understanding for their experiences, but I never had a bad experience & will always return & respect his hustle to being a great tire service here off US 41 when needed.

Very disrespectful came in the have my tires checked for my wife vehicle. He's barely never opened for business. And most of the time he's working on his own stuff before the coustmers vehicles. Prices are out of control. Says half the the time doesn't have the size tire not counting if he did. And wanted to have the tire balance. Never gets the tire balance. My bussiness will be going somewhere else. Just a bussiness that isn't good for tire work I won't be back guys save your money and. Find better places like in Tampa.
