★★★★★ the wasn't really "an experience" on which to reflect. These people, at FIX, in Hemet, received my car on April 18, 2025 (Good Friday, If memory serves) and her onto it for me. It was going to have taken between two and three weeks to repair. Nothing ever happened. BothMY insurance company and the one representing the individual who sideswiped me "totaled m e out," so it was never actually fixed. BUT, two things: 1) these people were VERY patient with my not being able to afford to just have it moved out of their way, even though they couldn't do anything to it, and... 2). they were also VERY nice to recommend a colleague of theirs to which I had my car towed and now, JUST in the past three days, have the repairs been initiated. FIX didn't "just dump me" and leave me out "on the street" w/o a repair shop option, which is ex-TREMELY cool of them to have done. "Karla" is the young lady with whom I spoke the most, and she was just woderful, as was all of her staff, there, in Hemet. If I EVER have a chance to rec your place, I most certainly will! I think it's also relevant to say to you guys that I HAVE used that FIX on Walnut, in Pasadena, a couple times. Both times they did a very nice job repairing the collision damage done to my car, and I'm no less than 100% confident that you'r shop here, in Hemet, would do a really nice job as well.
