Phenomenal experience! Came in to have my car repaired after an accident, and they got my car fixed within a week! The work done on my car was excellent. I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of their work and customer service. Karina was very helpful and went beyond to accommodate me by arranging for my rental car and to be picked up and dropped off. I also was kept informed about the progress being made on my car. Karina also dropped my car off at my home upon completion because of me being out of the country. I highly recommend them.

Car was fixed but car had residue on the hood and inside of the car was not detailed like other reviewers said their car was detailed I guess they clean certain customers cars and others don’t get that luxury added. Car was done when said would be done but the price kept going up guessing to milk my insurance, 5k in repairs could’ve given my car back clean.

My friend took her car to get her car after no fault accident. Gave insurance a high price for repair and when she went to collect it. The guy told her that she had to take it without the parts on it. Contacted insurance company and with in a couple of hours they put it back together. I believe they were trying not to finish it to make extra money. The guy was super rude. Mickey Mouse garage don’t take your car here. They will rip you off.

When I got my car back it was so clean it was like brand new. The detailing taking the time to vacuum out my car, and detail the interior was a very nice touch. I was kept updated about my cars status via text. When I had to store my car because of the Thanksgiving holiday, they texted me my vehicle mileage, which was exactly the same when I picked up my car. I was very impressed with the stand out, trustworthy service and I will definitely go back for repairs! Thank you very much Fix Auto, you guys are truly the best!

A guy who didn't know how to look behind him backed into me in a parking lot. My insurance pointed me to Fix Auto. They were courteous and were willing to help me out. Very good communication and the car is now in fine shape. So why only 4 stars? Well, attention to detail. They didn't check out the back up camera. It wasn't properly connected and didn't work. Luckily it was a quick fix, but they should have caught that before I got word that the car was ready.
