AMAZING SERVICE! I used this shop to get repairs done after I had been rear ended. When I went to pick up my SUV I was so surprised that they not only fixed the damage from my accident, but detailed my car, and took out a huge scratch on the side that wasn’t even related to the accident. As a pregnant mom with a toddler I have little to no time to get my car looking as good as it did when I picked it up. it was such a treat to have someone go the extra mile. You guys clearly take pride in your work! Thank you for putting in the extra time and effort! I had been having a rough day that day, and picking up my SUV looking like it did totally turned my bad day around! Thank you so much!

Their rework was some of the best I have experienced. Great Aluminum body repairs to the hood. Only problem was the first attempt was very unsatisfactory (see photos). After my inspection, a week later, the end result was like new.

I brought my car to Fix Auto in Mission Valley after someone side swiped my car. Elaine the receptionist was very helpful and connected me with Erick Alvarado the estimator. Erick reviewed the damage, gave me a very reasonable estimate and said they would need the car for 3days. They did an outstanding job, my car lookd brand new and it was finished in 3 days as promised. Paint job and repair was 5 star, I highly recommend them for auto body repairs!

My husband was involved in a car accident back in August of 2021. We had the car towed to fix auto and there was significant damage to the car (broken window, dents, tire damage, etc). They had the car for a month and when I picked it up initially it looked great. However, upon inspection I noticed several things that made me unhappy. There are several dents around the car, the replacement passenger reflector is cracked, there is paint coating or sealant on my driver handle, driver door, window control, ignition button and even on the roof interior (clearly a man’s hand print). I can’t wipe it off or scratch it off, There’s also an issue with the tire pressure and they did not recalibrate the steering wheel so the buttons on the wheel and speedometer were not working properly. I couldn’t afford to leave my car for another month but I did inform fix auto and walked through the issues within the same week I picked up the car. Because I needed the car for a time I was told to drop of the car when they receive the parts for the vehicle that needed to be replaced. The office reached out to me a couple of weeks later and I informed them that I would need a rough ETA on when the new repairs would be done before dropping my car off. I was told someone would contact me and I never heard back. I followed up twice to inquire about an ETA and never heard back. When I called again for the 3rd time a few weeks later to let them know I’m moving out of state and I still need the car repairs done before I leave, I was told that they would need to order the parts again as they were sent back because I never dropped off the car. I don’t have the time anymore and I’m disappointed about the service here. I would not recommend taking your car to this fix auto location to get anything fixed, painted, replaced, etc. I have since taken my car to a dealership service center where they recalibrated the steering wheel for $500! I also paid for a new tire..all things that fix auto should have covered for free. Only adding a star because Bryant was professional, but that’s it.

Though things broke that were not anticipated, they kept me informed and we worked together to get the parts in an appropriate time frame. So far, not a good experience. Reviews look great. Appointment set for 10, it’s now 10:23 and I still haven’t been spoken with. I even got here a few minutes early. No eta of when I’ll be helped. Nothing. Just waiting. Fixing the car correctly is what really matters, so hopefully they take care of that well at least. Based on reviews, it’ll turn out great. Update: originally 2 stars. The gentleman helping me is polite and nice. He even told me about the possibility of damages to the under carriage of the vehicle that I didn’t even think about. So they’ll be checking under it for any potential damage. We all make mistakes.
