I cannot recommend Fix Auto South Bay enough! From start to finish, my experience here was absolutely flawless. Esteban Ruiz in particular was incredible—he truly went above and beyond to make the entire repair process as smooth and stress-free as possible. He was super informative, breaking everything down in a way that was easy to understand, and he kept me updated every step of the way so I never had to wonder what was happening with my car. The shop itself is amazing—the staff is professional, welcoming, and you can tell they really take pride in their work. When I got my car back, I was blown away by how good it looked. The repairs were seamless, the attention to detail was outstanding, and it honestly looks better than before the accident. (They also include a lifetime warranty on all parts that they repaired) If you’re looking for a body shop that delivers top-notch work while providing excellent customer service, this is the place. I have now taken my car to Fix it Auto twice, sadly my car has been hit twice within this past year, and both times Jesse was the one who helped me! The whole staff there is incredible, all very attentive, and they make sure all questions are answered. Highly recommend Fix Auto South Bay - highly professional, friendly, timely, and quality service. I was hit by another driver resulting in a broken suspension, turned rear wheel, damaged bumper, wheels, door panels and trim to my 2024 Tesla Model Y, and you wouldn't even be able to tell. The car looks better now than it did before the collision. Javier and Esteban helped me out, keeping me informed throughout the entire repair process (inspection, repair, painting, quality control), even through the holidays. I brought my car in on Dec. 19 and picked it up Jan. 12. Fast, quality work! I cannot recommend them enough - this is a great repair shop. I chose them because I live nearby and they are Tesla Certified/Authorized, and my uncle confirmed they do great work after bringing in cars over the years.
