Brian and his team not only fixed the car up beautifully, but also gave the car a clean!! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone-- Very professional and great quality. Also, if you need a rental while your car is being fixed, they also work with a nearby Hertz which they can help arrange. You can also leave your vehicle here for Hertz to pick up (just make sure it won't add days to your rental- or they can always drop you back off at Avenue).

★★★★★ Update: I had to use them again in July 2021 due to a minor incident in a parking lot that caused damage to the painted portion of the rear bumper they had replaced for me a few months earlier (the basis of my review below from April 2021). Once again, they did a great job and the bumper looks brand new. They are consistent in delivering high quality service in a timely manner with professional, courteous staff. Thank you, Avenue Auto Body! Avenue Auto Body is fantastic! We first used their services in 2013 and again a few weeks ago in 2021. On both occasions, we have been very impressed by the excellent quality of their work and customer service. They are very forthright in their estimates and are very reasonable in terms of expense. I had both insurance-covered work and noncovered work performed. Their estimate for the noncovered work was 1/3 the amount estimated by another body shop, using the same OEM parts. They extended the same discounted labor rate to me that they charge my insurance company, which helped a lot. I hope we never have to have body repair work performed again, but if we do, we'll have no hesitancy in giving them our business again.
