I had a great experience with Firestone. I came in thinking I needed a tire replacement because of a nail, but instead of trying to sell me something unnecessary, they took the time to carefully inspect the tire. They checked it thoroughly, removed the nail, tested it for leaks, and confirmed that the tire was perfectly fine. No repair or replacement was needed, and they did this for free. This level of professionalism, honesty, and ethics is rare and truly appreciated. Oh my goodness!!! I had a problem with one of my vehicle tires, never been to Firestone Complete Auto Care before so I was a bit hesitant but I really needed the tire fixed so I gave them my business and what a great choice that was!!!! Manny Garcia at the Firestone in Redondo Beach is why I will keep coming back for my tire and automotive needs. He was friendly and greeted me with a smile and when he called me later to explain what the mechanics had found that needed to be addressed...he explained what everything meant that needed to be done to my vehicle and told me the price of everything as well as telling me what was most important to be done right away and what could've waited. He even told me that my car would be ready that day and was ready earlier than expected. I'm a girl and I don't know much about cars and I never know who to trust...but I could see that Manny has a lot of integrity and he wanted to help ME as a customer and fellow human being...Instead of how sometimes people can be treated as just a number no matter what kind of store or business that you go to.
