Awesome people work here! Had the family van blow a transmission line. They were able to set up a tow back to their shop, fix up the issue and get the vehicle back to us in a couple days. Brought it back for an unrelated issue and they worked with us to get us a courtesy vehicle that would fit the entire family. Definitely worth going there again.

Customer service was great. Was greeted as soon as I walked in. I was offered a uber to get back and forth. The shop paid for the uber both times. I was also offered a loaner vehicle when I had to leave my vehicle overnight. My car was ready first thing in the morning. I learned the technician stayed late and came in early so my car would be ready when they promised. They explained all the repairs to me. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Very clean shop, rental was clean. Great customer service.

I couldn’t be happier with my recent experience with “Fix It Forward” Moorhead Mn. I had recently had a new $200 battery installed at Walmart and not long after started having issues starting my car. Walmart initially refused to honor the warranty, so I went to Fix It Forward and they not only installed a new battery but helped me fix a few other issues I was having. First time at Fix It Forward thanks to a couple of recommendations. They were able to replace my brakes and do an oil change in a timely manner. Along with that, the team was also able to diagnose and fix a problematic belt that I’ve had for over 2 year that 2 different dealerships weren’t able to fix. Everything was done within a day and the communication throughout was superb. All of the staff members I talked to were some of the nicest people and the best part for me was they didn’t treat me like a dumb girl. Nothing ruins a trip to the mechanic like being treated different for being female but that didn’t happen at Fix It Forward. Again, amazing service by even better staff. I will be recommending them to everyone.

Best place in town. I called on a Wednesday afternoon to get an inspection, only took about 20 minutes and it was FREE 🙏 I was so thankful, turns out my wheel bearing was loose, my CV axel seal was torn, and I had a headlight out. I was able to get in the next morning on Thursday and they had it completely finished in less than 4 hours. They offered me a ride to pick up my truck and all in all just a 10/10 experience. Everyone was so kind, so helpful and I’m so grateful and thankful for this place I will always go back here if I ever need in the future. My truck sounds like it used to and feels great and I’m not worried about my wheel falling off anymore! I can’t Rave enough about this place they are seriously hands down so amazing and you can tell they really care and want to help as best they can! Thank you guys so much! ❤️

They called before they took anything apart and they told me ahead of time what they thought it would cost. They charged me less than the estimated cost. I thought the verbal and written communication was excellent. I'll be a repeat customer.
