By far one of the place to bring your car to get taken care of. I use to work on my own car until I brought my car over there for an oil change. They're extremely friendly, professional and they don't try to rip you off by up selling you parts and/or services that you don't need. If you want an honest, affordable place to take your car to, then, this is the place. If you're going anywhere else, then you're getting rip off and not getting the quality service that you deserve!

On July 3 2018, I had a leaky tire repaired at the store at 5911 Pembroke Rd. Hollywood Florida. I own a late model Acura TL that is depicted in the pictures I am providing. Upon returning to my car to leave, I immediately noticed damage to my driver leather seats. I also noticed that no covers were placed over the seats to protect them. This should have been standard operating procedure. I take great care in how I maintain my car and having my leather seats damaged so recklessly is unacceptable. When I turn over my car to a business for repair, I always look for reputable companies and thought this was a Goodyear brand store. I tend to trust the training and quality control process that larger companies have in place. Unfortunately this was not the case at the Fleet Tire Truck and Auto Center in West Hollywood Florida. What appears to have happened is the mechanic had something hanging from him or in his pocket. Whatever the object was, it scraped my seats along with leaving grease. The first picture was after the mechanic came out with a lame bottle of Windex, cleaned it and falsely claimed the marks were there already. Before he sprayed it, there was a lot more grease indicating how reckless these mechanics are. The second picture shows where I was able to remove the grease but not the scrapes. If you look at the third pictures you will notice that the interior of my car is well taken care of. There is no other damage to the leather anywhere in the car. This is not “wear and tear”. These seats were in pristine condition prior to the mechanic sitting in my car. The lack of care for a customer’s property and sheer incompetence has led to this damage. Even the rim and steering wheel was riddled with grease after a simple tire repair. Although that usually would not be a concern for me, it does show the sheer lack of quality this store has engaged in. Update: The owner's response below is absolutely false. I don't expect his staff to admit that they damaged a customer car. My seats were pristine and they damaged it. Your employee are lying. I am the only owner of this car and I go to great lengths to take care of my interior. Not a scratch was on my seat when I arrived. I noticed you failed to address all the oil left in the same area. Coincidence? Not! Stay away from this repair shop! They are incompetent liars.

This was the first time at Fleet truck and tire and I would recommend to anyone who owns a car or truck to use their services. From the front counter(Bryan) to the technicians and owner all were very courteous and knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns .The prices are fair and the work is great. I live in the Westchester area and though it is a very far drive for me I will use them for all my cars! Very happy Very satisfied Very impressed Great job guys! Your new customer for all mechanical needs. Sergio L.

It's sad that this place changed. Not sure if owners changed or what. I'm long time customer. I came for the oil change and made a request NOT to overfill engine oil in my car (car manufacture engineer puts min and max oil measurements on the stick for a reason). They kept overfilling engine oil so I kept asking NOT do do that, The last few times I came in I checked oil right after the oil change and still same stoy, - overflow. They would fix this but the last time told me they don't want me as a customer and I need to find a new mechanic just because I ask them to do they job right. Back in the day I did this job for a living and I can say that it's not hard to put exact amount of engine oil is needed, but i guess times change, understanding of customer service change too. I was told to find another mechanic because it's "to hard" to put needed amount of engine oil. Imagine if it's more difficult job is performed. FYI: engine oil overflow is not good for your engine, anymore interested why is that can google... (I'm sure most people trust mechanics and never check how jobs have been performed) Sad...

Took my Jeep here for a tire patch on a 35" tire that Firestone and some TK locations refuse to touch for whatever inarticulable reason, always a sorry excuse at best. They had no problem accommodating me first thing and turns out the nail didn't penetrate deep enough to require a repair, they easily could have "repaired" and charged me but they are an honest shop not looking to turn a quick buck. Kenny at the front desk was very professional and honest to deal with.

The page asked me to describe my experience. Which one? Scott and the whole team at Fleet Tire are just the best. Very professional. Very honest. Who knew that could happen in a garage? I was told the employees are on salary so they don't make more by finding "problems" which is the case in dealerships and most other auto repair businesses. I get what my cars need, not what puts extra bucks in someone's pocket. Did I mention they are friendly as well? If I have a choice, I am going to Fleet Tire Truck and Auto Center.

This is the place to get your vehicle serviced. I have had the best and most honest service for years here. Scott the owner and Brian make it a point to personally introduce themselves and make sure to keep you informed of the progress on your vehicle. I had an issue that 2 Ford dealerships claimed to have fixed but could never resolve the issue and upon bringing it to Fleet Tire Truck and Auto Center and explaining what was happening they were able to explain and fix the problem for good. Youre in the best hands here. No need to go elsewhere. Thanks guys for years of service.

What an incredible experience... at an auto mechanic shop! The entire staff went above and beyond to get to the bottom of a complicated electrical issue my 2012 Hyundai Sonata was having. I no longer patronize the dealer service center as they consistently try to sell/frighten me into expensive services my car does not actually need. Master Mechanics Roger and Dave were determined to get to the root of the problem. It was not terribly expensive but it was terribly frustrating and these men were determined to fix the problem. Fleet Tire Truck and Auto Center is the most professional and most honest auto mechanic experience I have ever encountered. They will have my customer loyalty as long as I own cars. Thank you Scott and Fleet Tire you have raised the bar for excellence and professionalism very high!

For a young woman, going to the shop/mechanic can be kind of intimidating. But, Richard was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I didn't have a doubt that he wasn't giving me the best pricing and service. Brian up front is also very well spoken and always greets everyone with a warm smile and professionalism. Scott the owner runs a great business and I'm glad to be a customer there.

First let me say I've been meaning to write this review for a few weeks but kept forgetting or otherwise being busy. Let me start with what's important; The first time I ever went here, I was unsure, like anybody would be. I was simply getting an oil change and had all the typical "upsale" fears everyone gets when visiting a new mechanic. So I decided to test the waters, and this is where complete honesty and professionalism shined on Goodyear's part, more importantly because of Brian. "I'd like an oil change, and also the guy at Jiffy Lube recommended all new brake pads and a flush of the brake fluid, but can you just look at it and tell me if I need it now"? "Absolutely, I'll call you when it's done. Should be no more than two hours". My keys switched hands and I left. So far so good. The first person of the staff that I met was nice and courteous and set the foundation for a good business relationship. Fast forward 70 minutes. Brian calls me back to let me know my car is ready (super early). I return to Goodyear and meet with Brian. He lets me know everything that was DONE to my car, and everything that was CHECKED on it. Before I even get a chance, he says flat out "Your brakes and fluid are perfectly fine, man. Don't gotta worry about those for a while". That's why this place is getting 5 stars and ALL of my business while I remain in south Florida. They could so easily have told me I need this, that, and the other, but they didn't. This place is honest as honest gets. Make sure you tip these guys if and when you go there because they deserve it. All technicians that have serviced my car have treated it wonderfully. I never find oil drips, wipe marks, smudges, or any mess. In all honesty I am actually heading there in a few minutes to have a stripped oil drain bolt replaced. In fact Brian told me to come in asap because he has a good size crew today. This place cares about its customers. Keep up the good work, Goodyear. Thank you for everything.

The entire team at Fleet Tire is amazing. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I had to get my mirrors changed and some other parts, since the mirrors were from other cars they came in different colors so I was getting quotes around to get them painted, when I went to pick up the car, they had been able to use the shell of my original mirrors so no need to get them painted. At fleet tire they give you the best solution for your needs and not make you spend money unnecessarily.

A wonderful and quick experience. I went in to get 4 new tires, an axel replaced, and an oil change. Work was completed in just under two hours. Everyone I encountered was super friendly and the vibe at the shop was professional yet relaxed. Thank you Brian for giving me accurate quotes and setting my appointment up and thank you Scott for explaining things to me. And thanks to the mechanic (sorry I didn’t get your name!) for speedy and excellent service.

My first experience with the Fleet Tire Family was so great, I am already a repeat customer... Javier and the gang did a great job replacing my brakes a few weeks ago. When my check engine light came on this weekend, I knew where I was going to take my car. The sales managers Brian and Richard really took care of me, got me in and out, and on with my day. Richard cleared the O2 message and instead of pressuring me into replacing it right then, he gave me a quote for the cost of replacing it and the pros and cons of waiting too long to do the repair. It's reassuring to know there is a top notch crew of folks who care, just around the corner, that I can trust with my car.

Amazing service! Been taking my car there recently for repairs and have had no complaints at all. Staff is very friendly and I believe that they give reasonable pricing as well. Searched them up through google and after seeing their reviews, decided to give them a shot. NO REGRETS AT ALL, no doubt about it. They definitely stay committed to keeping their professional reputation and would highly recommend this shop to anyone in needs of repair to their vehicle. Also, I need to mention that Richard and Brian were of GREAT help to me. Excellent service

Absolutely great service from some fantastic people. All the time when I work with these guys, they always let me know what's up with my car while it's in their hands, it's never a call back saying "yeah we added another $200 cause your car needed this", it's always "come on and pick it up, it's all ready", and if anything does come up, they always call first to recommend it, for example when I was getting my alignment done, they explained to me that I needed new tie rod ends, and they were willing to compromise with me as I hadn't had enough at the time, instead of just throwing it onto my bill without my knowledge. Anyways at this shop there's great people with great prices along with honest answers about your car.

They are awesome here !! I have been to this shop for many tire problems and services. A patch, a single tire replacement, and a full set. Each time we have dropped off the car in the morning and it has been ready that afternoon. They are very timely, efficient, helpful, and honest. I got a whole new set of tires on my car today and they gave me a fair price and completed the work very quickly.

Scott and his team are the most reliable auto repair shop that I have ever used. I have my personal vehicles and my commercial fleet serviced at their shop. They will give you honest answers and quality service, and you don't have to get another quote from another shop. Believe me, I have done it and their prices are more than fair.

I have had my personal and company vehicles serviced here for a few years now. I always recieved great customer service and very timely repairs. However, I had brought my suv in for service Dec last year because it was overheating. They could not find the issues but did a brake job for me. My suv overheated a few days later and I had to bring it back to get a new radiator etc. No problem. I noticed it running a little rough but was happy to have it back. We only use this suv for short trips and not regularly but I did notice it still running rough. I recently drove with a friend and he suspected a problem. Looking under the hood he found both front spark plugs on opposite sides of the engine broken off. He worked in a auto shop previously anf said "yeah, this is how they get you back for service to get more of you $$." It was without question that this was done intentionally and I have only brought it to one shop for service. I was very dissapointed that a good shop would treat customers like this and wanted to let people know my experience here.As I stated before, this was a good shop and it could have been just one employee, but I will be sadly bringing my cars and company vehicles to another shop moving foward! Reply to owner: My friend isnt the problem. He fixed the problem. I have a business too and I accept fault whether deserved or not. Not push it off and deny. Facts are facts, someone there broke off the spark plug heads. It just doesnt happen on its own on opposite sides of the motor and your shop was the only placed serviced. In fact you did the spark plugs and tune previously too! Im not looking for something for nothing. I dont have time for that. I did have an issue with service before and you offered $10 discount of a $500 service. That is enough of an insult for me to try and find a new place. I never reviewed to tell customers to stay away. Just wanted customers to know to make sure that there are not new problems after they recieve their vehicles back after service. Everything is good until it is not and then I move on.
