So far I have had a GREAT experience! Came in yesterday and I was helped by James and Terrill. I was SO worried about my car and they both made me feel at ease and James explained to me (in terms I could understand) what was wrong. I've come back today to fix what was wrong (coils) and now Ryan is helping me. It seems everyone knew or remembered me (hope that's a good thing). Ryan and Terrill both have great customer service skills and made my experience a little less worrisome!

Went to look at a car on the lot. Was quickly greeted by Charles the sales guy. He took us right to the car we wanted to see. Asked the right questions.... And we ended up driving off the lot with the car we wanted. This was my first time buying a car that i didn't feel any pressure.... Charles laughed and cracked up with us. Had a wonderful experience

I have had 2 batteries put in my car from flow. Each one lasted less than the usual battery life. They replaced the first one with no problem. But the second time they would not saying the car warranty was up, but the battery still had at least 4 month left of warranty. Flow said because the car warranty was up they would not replace the battery. This is not fair. I can tell you I will never buy from any flow dealer again. I will bad mouth them any chance I get. ONE VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER.I don't think they use up to par batteries. Anyone else ever had this problem.

Ordered part from GMPartsDirect (powered by Flow Automotive Center). Entered my vin and purchased the corresponding part. Received the part, and it was not correct for my model. Requested a refund and was charged a 35% restocking fee. Read the fine print with these guys...

I just bought a 2019 Mini Cooper Countryman S All4. This is our third Mini Cooper. I have bought many cars over years. I have never enjoyed purchasing a car more than this time. Patrick Simpson was my representative. From the very beginning he was outstanding. He was honest, so knowledgeable, absolutely no high pressure to buy. We began talking a week ago and talked about 3 vehicles. He would email immediately any information that I needed. It was going to be inconvenient for me to go to Winston-Salem for a few days. He had our new Mini delivered to our doorstep today. Patrick Simpson and Flow Mini are the very best.

Great buying experience! I worked with Rachel, Chad and Eric. They were all very responsive and made the process of buying from a distance easy. The vehicle was exactly as described and transported to us quickly. We highly recommended Flow Motors.

Iβve been using Flow Honda service for years and through five different cars. For the most part, the experiences have been good, nothing great and nothing terrible. I recently had a visit that did not meet my expectations at all. After spending over $200 on service work I was asked if i wanted to replace the brake fluid. I said yes thinking it would not be that expensive. My service writer never proactively told me how much it would be. He gave no disclosure which I deserved and was entitled to. Not as a customer but as a person. It's the right thing to do. Clearly, he did not think so. The dealership reached out via text. I gave the same feedback to the service manager Terrill and we went back and forth and after all of that he still had the audacity to ask what they could've done differently. Your employee could've and should've been forthcoming with pricing and he never said a word. His name is Neeko. Watch your wallet around these guys. My bill went from $240 to over $400 for effing fluid and some labor. Then I get a text and voicemail about my service. I replied to both and never heard back and that was form the customer service team. That's an oxymoron. Poor, poor, poor service across the board and poor business practices. Next step is their FB and other social media accounts and contact flow corporate. They picked the wrong one. As bad as the service issue was, their attempts to reach out and then crickets is just as unacceptable as the service issue. repeatedly ask and then not reach back on when there was a known issue. It appears I should take my service and buying business elsewhere as Flow has made it abundantly clear that they have no real concern about customer service, doing things the right way or following about when they reached out to me not me to them

Flow Automotive Companiesβ no haggle approach to vehicle purchasing is a great ideaβ¦.IF the vehicle is truly reconditioned with all equipment working and no mechanical issues. Twice in the last week I have visited Flow dealerships to test drive used cars. First to Flow Honda Winston-Salem then Flow Hyundai Statesville. In both instances the vehicles were priced $800+ over the the Clean/Great condition values for the vehicle. The included 12 month/12,000 mile warranty is for powertrain ONLY and 2 years of maintenance included is oil changes/tire rotations ONLY. That comes nowhere close to the extra value one should expect at the prices Flow wants to receive. When the brakes shimmy, map light doesnβt work, rear speakers donβt work, an obvious suspension clunking in the front end, and corrosion on the hood, the vehicle HAS NOT been through a quality renewal process as Flow would have the unsuspecting buyer believe. Buyer beware! I invite Don Flow or another member of executive leadership to reach out if they are so inclined.

We bought a used car from Flow Auto recently. The experience was excellent. Stephen helped us tremendously and Todd was easy to communicate with and worked with us to get our car without difficulty. I would recommend them to anyone searching for a used car.

Worked with Rick, Burt and some others at their used car center in Winston-Salem. Incredible experience. Drove 5 hours to do business with them and would do it again. Left a pair of shoes in my trade in on accident which they promptly mailed to me. They also tracked down the second key fob to the used vehicle I bought and got that to me as quickly as they could as well! Best car buying experience ever! Stu

I recently purchased a 2022 Range Rover Sport vehicle from Land Rover Greensboro in November 2023. It has been over 60 days and I can't get the information to get my car registered. I supplied all the necessary documentation before we drove off the car lot. I have made numerous calls for the status. To date the revenue office has not received the paperwork. I am now on my 3rd temporary tag. If we paid taxes and provided the necessary documents before they gave us the keys, it should not take 60 plus days to get the documentation sent to get my tags. The only way I get an update is if I call them and leave a message.

Placed an order on 7/30. On 7/31 received an email stating the order placed did not match vehicle. Canβt call customer service. Leave messages no one calls back. Speak through chat. Canceled order. They ship the order after the order was canceled. Wonβt help through chat. They say call but no one calls you back. Very suspicious business practices.

I do not recommend this store for business. I made a purchase of parts on 02/20/23 worth $1792.63. They didn't send me the parts. On 05/29/23 I received an email informing me that the order was canceled and that I would receive my money back in 2 to 5 business days. It's been 9 months, and I still haven't received my money back. I called the store several times to try to resolve it, but no one resolved this issue. Every time I call, they tell me that they will send me an email to resolve this situation. But I never receive an email, I never receive the parts I purchased and I never receive my money back.

Once you sell your car, then Flow Automotive is worst to deal with in any refunds you want. So please be aware and do not purchase any extended warranty/any kind of packages since they promise it will refund partially on sale of car and I am making follow ups last 4 months and no response..

Terrible terrible terrible terrible company ! Will not call you back to schedule a service appointment. You can not get through to corporate to speak with anyone about the horrible service at the Flow Mercedes Benz in Charlottesville Virginia ! They have no idea of the gold mine they are sitting on if they only had the right management in place !

Doesnβt surprise me that a family member also had a bad experience here like I did. Flow Automotive in Winston should send their sales associates to training and learn how to at least fake that they care.
