Forrest tire did an amazing job taking care of me. I initially went to one of their competitors and left because I wasn’t pleased with their lack of desire to help with my vehicle. I called them asking for a lot and they delivered! They had to order the tire I wanted so that we could leave town in two days. The tire was delivered to the wrong store (through no fault of their own) but they were able to get it fixed the same day and get us back on the road. They even kept the shop open late to get us taken care of and gave us a discount which they did not have to do! They have earned my business.

This team rocks!! In town with a rented rv trailer and had a blowout. These guys had it fixed same day…even though it wasn’t in stock!! Super helpful and got us back on the road in no time!

I have a flat in my trailer. Only one guy working and is working on another flat. He has only one speed (slow). Now have 3 other vehicles lined up. Guy inside is not very friendly if you don’t like your job go home. As a foreman myself I would be out here helping out getting these costumer’s taken care of. He clearly just wants to pout about being here and walk around with hands in his pockets. And I thought bill williams was bad slow service.

I got new tires for my car in March. The price they quoted me beat every where else and they were able to fit me in the quickly. The customer service was great and the team is super respectful. Today I hit something on the road and two of my tires popped. I called forrest tire and once again they gave me a good deal on a new set of tires and sent someone out to the location of my car to fix it as soon as possible! As someone who works in the Car industry, i understand all the chaos. I got my truck alignment done and It was ready to pick up right before 5 and I showed up as they closed. When I left i noticed the truck was still pulling right so I had called Saturday to see if they can work on my truck again, Thankfully Christian had the most positive attitude and was like just come back Monday when they have alignment staff. I got the truck back to them and they got it fixed. they told me the cause of why it was still pulling but I forgot. But I give them 5 stars because they kept a positive attitude. Today i realize that most auto companies and service departments are so quick to judge and almost unwelcoming. So thank you Christian/ Forrest tires for being polite and getting my truck done right !

Not the same service it used to be. Won’t trade here again after waiting 4 hours for tires to be put on. I’ve seen retail stores put 4 new shoes on faster.

Had my car towed to them 2 the first time is because it was leaking fluid from its pipes and wouldn't start my car a no rattling sound got my car back broke down some how my tire disconnected so they say they didn't wanna take responsibility for it I had to pay out of pocket now I just got my car today and it's still rattling and they don't wanna look more into it worse place ever

Great Service, and prices. Came in to purchase 4 tires right around 4pm (They close at 5) Had been all over town, and could not find anything in this size for a reasonable price. They had some at the warehouse in the price range I was looking for. They went to the warehouse, picked them up then stayed a little past 5 to complete the purchase and load them up for me. Will be using them for future tire needs 💯

A friend recommended I go to Forrest rather than the Discount competition. I can’t believe how quick and inexpensive they were. So Fast! Not only that but, one of the things I have about going to these big tire shops is that they want to you to go out to your vehicle with them so they can tell you that you need more than you can afford. At Forrest not the case. I told them what I could afford and they immediately told me my options and made the best of my investment. I highly recommend this shop. great Service!!

This place is an institution. My first visit was to get a tire patched, and I was shocked when they took care of it for no charge. When I came back for new tires for my truck, they helped me find the best tires to fit my needs and made sure I got the best price. The thing that impressed me the most about this shop is what I saw while I was waiting for my tires to get installed. The store reminded me of the small town experience where the folk come and talk shop and see how your momma is doing. It felt like a true part of the community. Shout out to Taylor, thanks for help.
