I bought a Groupon for a full window tint up to 5 windows at Foss and I feel I got a great deal! I scheduled an appointment online with no trouble and was able to talk about available options when I arrived for my appointment. I decided on a slight upgrade both in film and % so I ended up paying a little bit extra, but worth it imo. I arrived at 11am for my appointment and after talking options for 10 mins left my keys and went for a walk. I wasn't even back yet when I got the call saying it was done, and only just more than an hour later! They did a great job as far as I can tell and if something comes up, the lifetime warranty will ensure that I continue to be happy with my purchase. I fully recommend Foss for window tinting and I plan to go back for a new stereo install soon too!

I just want to thank Nick for helping me pick out my radio, amps, subs, and speakers. Install was done by Chris! I wanted something in my vehicle that bothered the Neighbors and people in their vehicles/walking on the street. They did just that! We picked out the hertz cento line speakers wonderful quality and stupid loud with a asylum 4 channel. Then I got a premade box with two Rockford p2 10” subs powered by another asylum amp which came with a bass knob (just in case I need to turn it down when there’s a cop around). Nick recommended an alpine ilx-w650 Apple car play radio as well as dynamatt which they put in my trunk and doors. 💯 recommend! Might come back for a custom box because the pre made one takes up my trunk

So I went here because I bought a Groupon for up to five windows tinted. When I first entered into Foss, there’s a gentleman just sitting there he didn’t seem to acknowledge me very much but I also had a two-year-old with me. He asked for my name and if I had an appointment and I told him. He asked me for what darkness tint and I didn’t now. My kid was screaming and I had to call my husband and my husband was not answering but he wait patiently while I try to get those two under control. Once I figured it out, I asked him how much it was going to cost to tint the small windows and he quoted me $40 and was going to take about two hours. I came back about two hours later and the gentleman who helped me in the beginning, I believe his name is Steve, asked if everything was good on the car and I said yes. We went inside and he actually started making conversation with me and told me about his son and was very nice. He informed me that I would have to pay the taxes on the work and gave me my total which was only $17 I asked him about the extra $40 for the other windows and he said “oh don’t worry about it I didn’t charge you for it” I was totally shocked! That was so nice of him! The work was amazing. So, side note, I got home and my husband noticed there was some damages to one of the windows and I called Steve to tell him. He told me to bring it back so he can check. My husband brought it back and insured my husband it wasn’t done from them since all their work was done from the inside and he had cameras to show it. Which I was so glad. Once we realized where the damages came from we apologized but it was nice of Steve to tell us that they can back up their work.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Foss Tint & Audio deserves all the credit in the world for how he handled my situation. I had brought my vehicle in to get all the windows tinted, and I was under the impression that included the front windshield strip. When I picked up the car, everything looked great—but I noticed the strip wasn’t done. Turns out there was a simple miscommunication—he thought I only wanted everything except the windshield tinted. Here’s where it gets real: instead of charging me extra or making a big deal out of it, he stepped up and offered to tint the windshield strip for free, just to make things right. No hassle, no attitude—just solid customer service and integrity. You don’t see that kind of honesty and professionalism much these days. He genuinely cares about his reputation and making sure his customers leave happy. The tint job itself looks amazing, and the whole experience showed me that this is a business that stands behind its word. I’ll absolutely be sending people his way, and I’m dropping this 5-star review because it’s well-earned. Appreciate you, man—keep doing business the right way.

I got my windows tinted here and a powered sub put in recently. Let me tell you the Rockford sun sounds so good! It definitely added what my car was missing with just factory speakers. It definitely gives it that little extra thump! Now, the window tint is flawless. No bubbles, scratchy lines, just exactly the way I imagined them. Dark as possible and straight mobbing. I really cannot say enough good things about the team at Foss Auto in Tacoma! I have gone to Nick and his team exclusively for any and all window tinting and front/rear dash cam installations and they really hit things out of the ballpark every. single. time. Their attention to detail, professionalism, enthusiasm to work, and just fun attitudes really set the tone in what every shop should be like. I really appreciate how I was able to just pass keys over and not have to stress or wonder about what’s going on because every time my cars have been in their shop- the communication, dedication and end results have proven time and time again that there’s nothing they can’t do. Another big topic that people really worry about when it comes to things like this is finances. One of the biggest reasons I come back to see Nick and his team over multiple vehicles is because they were so transparent in the finances and worked really hard to get me the best possible deals out there. I mean, let’s be real, it’s 2024 and we’re all trying to make our dollar stretch a little bit more. When it comes tint, I wasn’t very knowledgeable about what it exactly was and how to utilize it and Nick could tell so he rearranged his schedule In order to sit down with me, and explain what all of the tints were, the pros and cons of each, and his professional opinions for what my end goal was. I told him I like the privacy of really dark tint as a female in her 20’s, whose husband is gone a lot with the military. We secured a tint package that is perfect for what I needed it for plus- it REALLY makes my car look SOOOOO sleek and just so put together. I just feel safer and more protected, and that’s priceless. To add onto the want of protection and security, I also wanted to install front and rear dash cams. Let me tell you- GAME CHANGERS. A couple weeks ago (Feb 5th) I was actually rear-ended and I was automatically at a peace of mind because I KNEW I was covered. I could submit to insurance the video footage another driver rear-ending me. It really honestly helped with the stress of just getting into an accident knowing that I had eyes on everything that was going on, even if my head was trying to piece together what just happened. Even when I would trade in my vehicles and get new ones, I would just bring the vehicle in have Nick and his team uninstall the cameras and the wiring, and then reinstall them into the new vehicle. Each time, actual perfection, no issues! We currently have military orders overseas and I am bringing my Equinox with us. I asked Nick that ifffff something were to happen to my vehicle, what I had to remember in order for someone else to take the cams/wiring out since he wouldn’t be able to do it himself and he gave me the full laydown so now I’m prepared just in case I ever have to have them removed. The peace of mind- also priceless. Do your mind, vehicle and wallet a favor and go check out the Foss Auto team. Truly an amazing team and spectacular work. They’ve given me so much peace of mind and protection and that really goes far with me and my little family. To the team- BIG BIG THANK YOU in taking care of me, my vehicles and really making my husband feel like I’m protected and safe with these security blankets around me. Y’all are the best and I’m so grateful to have been able to work with you!

I’ve had my windows tinted in the past and just recently had a remote starter installed in my vehicle . Both times were great service and the staff were very kind . They walked me through exactly how to use the installed product and they did a follow up to text the next day just to make sure everything was ok . I will for sure be using them again in the future .

Ended up spending WAY too much on a stereo system here. Didnt get so much as a "Thank you for your business", a receipt to show what was purchased or even a quality installment because now my stereo in inconsistent, has MORE problems than it did when I came in. And I gotta waste another afternoon to get it fixed. Do not recommend.

I purchased the Kenwood DMX1057XR floating video display - highly recommend it. I called in on Saturday to get a quote. The quote was less than competitors by quite a bit. I scheduled the installation for the next Tuesday, in at 9am and done same day within 5 hours. I can't say enough about the guys at Foss, everyone was great and knowledgeable.
