A small hispanic family owned and managed business, Freddy's have grown over the last couple years from little more than a micro business in a garage into a small business triple its original size by taking over the business next door. They are ethical and competent but constrained in how many vehicles they can accommodate. You should be prepared to drop off your car overnight in most cases and follow up as they are swamped and with good reason. Freddy is good.

This Owner is excellent, he will provide all the information in detail and he's very passionate at his work. Good prices, very sufficient and proficient. In Last week, the Right Axle of my Honda Accord Broke, it was Friday Noon. I called Freddy and tell him what happed, and I ask if I will drop the car to get fix, which I did. they got the car and worked on it in Saturday their closing day. they replace the both Axle because the left one was damaged also with very very reasonable price. I made my payment over the phone, and pick up my car in same day. its really a great service, very helpful, and very friendly team. It's not my first experience with Freddy, but this time they really exceeded my expectation. thank you Freddy and big thanks to your Lady in charge and to the whole team. I really recommand Freddy services to anyone who looks for great service with reasonable price.

Best mechanic in that area. I had a transmission put in my car because it broke. Everyone else was telling me $3,700 to $4,500. Freddy's did it for $3,100, and very quickly and warrantied their work. I'm very thankful they were around. Do not go to Riverside service center. They are crooks and they charged me $124 because my car was on there lot for 10 minutes, they did no work to it, they said their affiliated with AAA which they are, and I have AAA so that they towed it there first, then they towed it to Freddy's to get the transmission done, and Riverside refused to give up the key to the tow truck driver until they were paid for an hours worth of work.

On a long drive from NYC to Maine when our engine started to make an odd sound. We pulled off the highway and drive into the first mechanic’s we saw who couldn’t identify the problem. We looked up Freddy’s online and are so glad we did. Freddy saw us right away and inexpensively fixed our problem (and loose exhaust pipe) in minutes and got us back on the road safely. Great experience and great place!

This is a great shop, Jen in the front office was so kind. My 2013 BMW X5 35i was leaking coolant pretty badly, I called Jen and was able to drop my vehicle right off. It needed a water pump, and we decided it makes sense to replace the thermostat. They repaired it quickly and for a great price. Thank you Jen and Freddy! I am returning to take care of some other issues this week. Great trustworthy shop...thats hard to find.

It took me 20 years to finally find a good mechanic that I can trust. Freddy, Jenn, and staff do excellent work for a reasonable price. I had taken my truck to the dealership for an engine issue, the dealership said my truck was shot and the repair would be so costly I would be better off buying a new one. This was 20,000 miles ago, after Freddy's performed the repair, and at a good price. I highly recommend Freddy's! They saved my Ram. Many of my co-workers also use Freddy's.

I have never had such an amazing experience at a mechanic. Freddy offers a reasonable price with excellent service. My car unexpectedly broke down and he was able to fix it right away for me. His diagnosis includes a full problem list of things found wrong with the vehicle, and Jennifer was kind enough to patiently explain things I didn't understand to me. I told the shop there were parts of the car I was looking to work on myself, which they completely understood and were happy to do the projects I needed. Freddy is genuine, kind, and truly a fair buisnessman, which is pretty much impossible to come by this day and age. It was such a privilege to give him my business and to be rewarded with fair pricing and a trusting relationship because of it. When all other shops in the area overcharge customers simply because they can, Freddy stays true to offering a fair price and providing excellent service. If I lived in the area, I would not go anywhere else. I can't say enough positive about this shop.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Very bad customer service, I do NOT recommend this shop to anyone. The lady at the front counter is extremely rude and disrespectful. She doesn’t even say hello back to customers and speaks in a very unprofessional way. After checking online, I saw that many other people had the same experience, so it’s clearly not just me. I brought my car in because the check engine light was on. From the beginning, I clearly explained that I only wanted the car checked and that I would come back next week for any repairs. The next day she called me and demanded $145 + tax for diagnostics, even though she never mentioned any fee when I dropped off the car. I have brought another car to them twice before and they NEVER charged a diagnostics fee. When I reminded her of that, she told me to come pick up my car and said they would not work with me again. And when I went to get my car, they changed their mind and refused to give it back until I paid the fee, even though they never told me about it upfront. Very rude and unprofessional. I strongly advise anyone reading this to check the other reviews… you will see exactly what kind of shop this is.

I've been bringing my car to freddys for the last 5 years and every single experience has been, seemless, informative, and appreciative. This is the only shop that has allowed me to bring my own parts for them to install (keep in mind, there is no warrenty with this route). These days, I don't even bother, I trust freddys now through the years and have never had a bad experience. Thank you for always taking care of me!
