This is a great shop, Jen in the front office was so kind. My 2013 BMW X5 35i was leaking coolant pretty badly, I called Jen and was able to drop my vehicle right off. It needed a water pump, and we decided it makes sense to replace the thermostat. They repaired it quickly and for a great price. Thank you Jen and Freddy! I am returning to take care of some other issues this week. Great trustworthy shop...thats hard to find.

On a long drive from NYC to Maine when our engine started to make an odd sound. We pulled off the highway and drive into the first mechanic’s we saw who couldn’t identify the problem. We looked up Freddy’s online and are so glad we did. Freddy saw us right away and inexpensively fixed our problem (and loose exhaust pipe) in minutes and got us back on the road safely.
