Been using G & R for the past 2 years, ang Greg treats you like a friend and is very transparent, and will break down your insurance claim in a nutshell. Very trustworthy, and will guide you in the right direction. If you are in an accident- make sure you call Greg right away to make the process hassle free. I was rear ended and in need of some body work/reattachment of my rear bumper. Of course, there was more damage than expected, but Greg and Riko were amazing through the process. They both worked with the insurance company to make sure everything my car needed was covered and were so transparent about everything. Everything was indeed covered, and what wasn't they couldn't let stand and made sure I got anyway. They even detailed my car and got rid of a bad paint transfer scratch I couldn't get out my self. Really impeccable service and amazing care for the work they're doing. I dealt mostly with Greg, but my husband said the same for Riko; both were extremely kind and helpful. Greg even helped me get all my bags in my car that I was transferring from the rental! Suffice to say, my car is also fully functioning and good as new, thank you Greg and Riko!
