Eh. Took the truck to them for a timing job. They called me when it was done and had to take it right back to them because they didn't quality check their work. My timing job lasted less than a year after they told me it wouldn't need it again for the life of the vehicle. I should have just done the work myself.

I brought them my car telling them what was wrong with it and they held onto it for three weeks, when they called me back they told me to bring it to the dealership with no explanation. My car turned over just fine before I brought it to them they removed a bunch of wires and said I did not need them and now my car will not even turn on any lights!! I asked them what they did in their answer was” I don’t know”!!!

We received top notch care at the very last minute when one of our small passenger buses had it's fuel line cut while parked over night in Anchorage. We would like to commend your employee, Harry, and publicly thank him! He saw a stranded elderly couple who needed assistance and stopped and helped them get back on the road. We had an appointment in Wasilla, and left an hour early in case there was a problem on the highway and as it turned out we had the problem. Harry pulled up and cheerfully asked if he could help us. He knew just what to do and did it. We are so grateful to Harry and are so appreciative of his knowledge and pleasant helpfulness! He is an excellent ambassador of GT Automotive!

I could not recommend this place enough. The owner and his son are some of the most honest mechanics I’ve ever dealt with. I Dropped my car off after closing and they got their hands on a very hard to find part I needed for the repair from ford immediately the next morning and even brought my car to my house once it was finished so I had it back before the weekend. I will not trust my car to any other shop as long as I’m in Alaska

It's a small family owned and operated business that has been in this town for many years and has made a great name for themselves! Thought Ii found a reliable shop but two weeks after power steering pump and engine coolant lines. The steering noises came back. Plus the owner was angry very angry when I brought the car back and complained. Will NEVER go back there

I brought my car in just hoping they wouldn’t be busy and someone could check it out really quick. I really don’t know cars well and was very nervous. I didn’t have an appointment or anything but Chris checked it out. Noticed my oil was low too and helped me out with that! 5 stars for excellent, kind service and being willing to help someone in a pinch.

Took my powerstroke to them for convenience (I’m a mechanic myself) over a blown hose and power loss. They told me my motor was blown. After I got into it turns out I had a heater hose with a pin sized hole in it and my exhaust back pressure sensor was out along with the tube being clogged with soot.
