It’s been 30 years since I have had a new car. After two months of searching and researching many vehicles, Zack was so helpful and very professional from start to finish. Even when I changed my mind on something, he was the perfect salesman. I was skeptical about a Hyundai coming from a GM family. I love the Santa Fe! This is the perfect SUV for me. Thank you Zack and Garber for the great experience of leasing a vehicle.

Took the van in to get the back hatch plungers replacrd because the old ones let the door slam when almost closed. Getting the parts took many months but the parts finally arrived. Thank you

As always, the service writer was friendly and got me in the line right away and even though there was 3 or 4 vehicles inline ahead of me to be serviced, they got me in and out a lot quicker than I expected. Our salesman , upon seeing me in the waiting room stopped in to check-in and ask how everything was going.

I moved to Midland from Tennessee so this was my first visit to Garber. Felt like my charges were a little over priced. But, I realize dealership services are typically that way. I think there could have been some maybe leeway in discounting somewhere. Especially for seniors. Not to mention that on my intake information the clerk transcribed my phone # off by a digit. So, when my part did come in, i was not informed until after a length of time I called the dealership. Not sure why someone didn't email me if the number wasn't working on their part. Even that was an inconvenience and I asked how long the part was waiting and the response was, 'not sure, but glad you called us and now we have fixed you phone number.' May not seem like a big deal but, when its your own means of transportation and relying on others for that. It is a little frustrating. But, over all its repaired and I am grateful for that. Thank you.

Brought my Jeep in for them to take a look at, even made an appointment. I waited 1.5 hours, after not hearing anything - I inquired about how it was going and how much longer they needed. A few minutes later - someone came to me to ask me what was going on with it. What a waste of my time. I told them I needed to leave, then they came back with a $500 estimate for a part that MIGHT need replacing. When I got home my sales guy told me I owed $175 for having them look at it. I refused to pay as I didn't sign anything, nor was I told about the fee. I have had 4 wranglers and this is by far the worst Jeep Dealer I have ever visited.

Salesman Jimmy was great!!! But the financing lady" not so much! Wasn't the truck we picked out" but settled for ! Already received a recall ! And from what I read more to come! Heard from others who have purchased from garber they received a free first oil change? Not us ! Just wish we were able to pick out truck .

Outstanding! We had some absolutely horrible experiences with other CDJR dealers while shopping for the vehicle we wanted. Mark Newman at Garber was hands-down the friendliest, most knowledgeable, and accommodating salesman we worked with. The process was smooth and without surprised, from our conversations via phone to our trip to the dealership to pick up the vehicle. I would not hesitate to purchase from this dealer again.

Garber On Monday, August 25th my Father had went to Garber on Bay rd in Saginaw for an oil change. My Father called me and said that he seen a vehicle to my liking that it was in a garage that was getting ready to be put on the lot. He then gave me the car salesman's number. I called Bill and asked for some information on the vehicle. I stated and made it clear I wouldn't be able to come see the vehicle until Friday. Bill stated that the vehicle would sell fast, I then said well I am not able to come and look at it until the end of the week. I thought maybe he would offer me to put a deposit down because i was very interested, but that wasn't the case. I also made it clear to Bill I wasn't in a hurry for a vehicle but he insisted that the vehicle could be brought to me. It was to my understandings that the vehicle had been inspected and was ready to be sold. When the drivers pulled into my driveway the first thing I noticed was a dent on the front of the hood. (see uploaded photo) I told both of the young men that drove the vehicle to my home that this was unacceptable and needed to go back to the dealership to be fixed. I then called Bill and he stated oh I didn't notice that because the vehicle hadn't even made it to the lot. I then questioned if the vehicle had been though their "3 point inspection" I then stated this vehicle clearly hasn't been inspected because there is no way that this would of been sold on the lot looking the way it does. So Bill said someone would be back to pick the vehicle up on Wednesday, August, 27th Bill said he planned to have my vehicle back to me by Friday, August 29th. I even told Bill that the vehicle will not be back by Friday (especially with the Holiday weekend approaching) that the damage isn't going to be a quick fix. He said well without knowing the damage he couldn't guarantee anything but that his goal was Friday. Bill also suggested that if there were any flaws in the hood after it was fixed that I could get a bug deflector, I stated absolutely not that it should have flaws if it was being fixed correctly. Prior to this the paperwork needed to be corrected as well because Bill had on there that I had opted in Gap insurance when I declined that option. When asked how that was going to be corrected I was told that someone would drive the paperwork back up to me. Mind you I live an hour in a half away from the dealership. I asked prior to the vehicle being picked up if a loaner vehicle was available. I was told no, I had already arranged for my old car to have the shocks fixed but had to cancel my appointment for my shocks to be fixed because of having to be home so the new car could be picked up. So at this time I am now without a vehicle I am paying for and no loaner. I then called Bill after the drivers picked my vehicle up and explained I had already took insurance off of my old car and how was I supposed to drive it legally with the plate being transferred to the new vehicle, I was told that it was ok to put my old plate on my car and drive it. I took Bills word and called my insurance company and added my old car back on to the policy. So the vehicle was picked up on Wednesday,August 27th and didn't return in my possession until Thursday, September 4th. I understand it was a holiday weekend but I was without my vehicle I was paying over $12.00 a day for. I told Bill he should rewrite the loan and take some of the asking price off since I am without a vehicle that I am paying for for over a week. Bill told me that the dealership is putting over $2,000 into the vehicle to fix it and if he would of known that he would of priced the car for more. He also stated well you have your other car and that my payment isn't due for 45 days. I said that doesn't make up for loss of a vehicle and being denied a loaner because there was no driver available to bring me one. I again was not in a hurry for a new vehicle, but due to the dealership’s negligence and being in a hurry to make a quick sale, this was the inconvenience I had to endure. This dealership is very unprofessional.
