I'm not the type of person to leave a review but in this case, I had to. I'm an older woman who doesn't get to see my family often anymore. This thanksgiving we have a family get together I need to commute to. My car was making some really funny noises, I just couldnt trust it to drive any distances. I called around and found Gemba, their manager Josh got me in same day for a diagnosis, problem indetified and repaired. I was so surprised to find someone who could help me with this problem In such a short amount of time. I am truly greatful to Josh, and team too. Happy holidays guys

Before I came to Gemba, I was taking my car to Midas and I felt like I kept getting ripped off and they kept doing things to my car. I brought my car here to Gemba And let me tell you that service was 1000% phenomenal from the very beginning. Josh was very on top of everything. He let us know everything that needed to be fixed with the car. He gave us a really good price and I felt very comfortable after my car was fixed and my car felt so much better driving I will definitely be coming here to get anything else done with my car .

Great place to get your car fixed. I had a blown motor on my 2015 mustang and i bought a used motor and they replaced the whole engine on the car and got it running nice and smooth in about 4 days. If there is one mechanic shop i can trust with fixing my car. It’s gotta be this one. Great staff especially Todd for helping me out with my choices on how to fix the car. They are very reliable and honest with their work. Update after 5 years: car running over 110k Miles like a charm, props to Todd and the crew.

Gemba, where do I begin to thank you! I was about to start running errands today and my car starting screaming at me that it needed air. I went to the gas station and I think the janky thing was not working so I drove around to try to find something and I found Gemba. The gentleman saw me pull up and walked to the front to greet me. I was surprised when he said "yes" as he had tons of cars in his shop and he seemed to be the only one there. He instructed me to pull my car around and he put air in each one of my tires at no charge. He was amazing! Will be back for the amazing service.

My Dart had a myriad of problems (First and Last time I will every own a Dodge ever again) and then my other vehicle needed a new transmission. So I had the worst luck with cars for the past half a year. So why the 5 stars? Josh and Jordan at Gemba Automotive Tempe was super friendly and extremely helpful when I obviously was having the worst few days of my life. And through it all? They charged me for nothing, waived the diagnostic fee for the Dart, and my other vehicle. They got my trust as far as I'm concerned. Thank you so much, Josh and Jordan.

My first time going here and appreciated the customer service from Josh he was amazing and was able to get my starter installed within a few hours. I thought I wouldn’t get my car back till closing time. I was very happy with the service and for doing a great job on my 2002 outback Subaru. Found these guys at Gemba and certainly glad for it! My Silverado was having an intermittent fault that was already at a Sun Devil Auto and Greulich's, but they couldn't figure it out and tried charging an arm and a leg for recommendations that weren't even needed. The Gemba store manager, Joshua, got me in and the very next day their Master Technician, Rich, had figured out the problem and got it fixed for a reasonable price! We've a fleet of vehicles for the family and because of Gemba's care, concern and first-class service, they are now our fleet management ambassadors. Thanks Joshua and team!

Gemba provides exemplary customer service- Josh and John are both cordial, competent, and helpful. Gemba does great work at a very reasonable price (considerably less than the dealer's estimate I had received). My car needed a lot of service so I had to leave it for several hours. I appreciate that while they were working on my car, they provided transportation to and from my home. I find their customer waiting area attractive, clean, comfortable, with good coffee, snacks and wifi, so I don't mind waiting there when my car needs less service. My family has been having our cars taken care of at this shop since it opened as Ken's Auto Repair many years ago. Now Josh and John have restored it to the reliable and competent auto shop as when it was Ken's, where we feel valued as customers and well taken care of.

Josh and John were delightful to work with! I was not expecting their great customer service! I like Gemba’s company values they’ve posted in the waiting area.. They were thorough in their explaining of the work needed, which I appreciated. I needed some air conditioning repairs and few engine parts replaced. They completed the amount of repairs in a very reasonable time.. With reasonable cost. I will Definitely take my vehicle there again! Highly recommend Gemba to others!
