You need appointment few days out just for estimate! Walk-ins are not tolerated. Think about it. Drove for nothing and was happy to work with Kelly Chevrolet Body Shop instead.

Very disappointed, repairs took 2 months, had to return to get items put on that were forgotten, still missing items still awaiting call that was supposed to come weeks ago. Charged for tire that was never replaced. Shop around no one deserves this kind of service.

I have had the worst experience at this body shop. My car is still not properly repaired. I have had multiple vehicles at this shop and ALL have had issues when returned to me.

I walked in at 3:30 and asked if I could get an estimate. They asked if I had an appointment, which I did not. Their website does not say that there must be an appointment made to get an estimate. I had just been at another Auto Body for an estimate which took less than 10 minutes. The receptionist turned around to two employees just sitting there drinking coffee and chatting, not about business from what I overheard. They were too busy to actually 'work' and check out my car. If they do not put customers first over their chatting and coffee, then I'm not going to choose them as a business and you shouldn't either. There are enough autobodies in Fort Wayne to choose from than Gerber.

They did a good job on the body work. I had some scratches caused by mirror when it flew off and I asked that they be fixed. They originally told me no problem then when I picked up car it was not fixed, as they never notified me it was not covered.. They said it was not authorized by ins. I called ins and they said they would cover if Gerber would of called them....humm.

This was an awful experience. I have used the gerber by Don Hall’s and they are WONDERFUL, go to them, not this location! they have been working on my car for almost a YEAR. When calling to figure things out they were rude and gave almost no help. Telling me things are on back order without an ETA for 8 months is not only unbelievable but extremely frustrating and disappointing. After “finishing” my car (still waiting on parts but i got it back) we noticed something was wrong and it has taken another 4 months to get that fixed. They did not even apologize for the delays and mistakes that they made. extremely disappointed and will not be using this location, if even this company, again. Honestly, some of the worst costumer service i have experienced. P.S. maybe change your holding message, the message talks about how you care about costumer service and also offer the best services to cars, which is very apparently not true and ironic when you couldn’t even fix it correctly the first time.

I love this place because of the quality of work and professionalism. Last year I injured my car and Jeff was my associate. He was very thorough and patient with me. He kept me updated throughout the whole process. Anything I needed or any question I had he was always available. His customer service was so outstanding. I referred someone else to Jeff and they were satisfied as well and I received a referral bonus. Unfortunately, I wrecked my car again and thank God Jeff was available. He did not disappoint at all. Attentively, listened to my needs and addressed every one. The quality of the work was awesome. Even after the work was done if i had any questions or concerns he was and have always been there to satisfy my needs. You just don't get that type of customer service anymore. So if you ever need any collision work done on your vehicle take it to the coldwater location and ask for Jeff. You will not be disappointed, i promise you.

The worse experience I had with ANY managers! He would not take responsibility for the mistakes that happened on his watch. When we went to pickup our truck, just after driving it for a minutes, oil filter housing assembly on the truck broke off. Now the truck is towed to a mechanic. It was not checked and they barely test drove it, if any. Now we are left with a bill $1,000+ extra because of their negligence. The manager said it wasn’t their fault and “agreed to disagree”. Would give 0 star if I could! Not recommended!

Took my charger in to be repaired after a collision. The estimate was thorough and honest, the staff were friendly and professional but their work is what impressed me the most. My car looks like new, inside and out is a lot cleaner than I left it, and the best part is how quickly they were able to get it done. Said they'd have it for a week, and it was done in just under two days. All in all it was a great experience.

Absolutely horrible I wouldn't let them paint my dogs nails if they paid me. Avoid the harassing phone calls, shared data, your personal information which you did not ever offer them or want them to have, use, or share with third parties... Read everything and anything you sign! If I could leave negative stars I would. I do not authorize your harassing phone calls ever again. Do not contact me.
