PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING THIS AN OPTION! This is by far the worst auto shop in middle Georgia I do not recommend going here! I was told my car would take 2 weeks to fix turns out it took a month I get it back it still isn’t fixed so I take it back and they said it was going to take 2 days turns out it takes 2 weeks they weren’t trying to give me a rental even though they didn’t fix it the first time I get it again and it’s still not fixed now they are saying whatever is not fixed could’ve been before the accident and I might be paying out of pocket. The life time warranty for collision repairs is a joke. They lied multiple times about taking my car to the alignment shop. If you are in a wreck I promise this is not the place to go highly don’t recommend!

I have decades of experience with body shops and have rarely had a great experience. The staff here is knowledgeable, kind, attentive, thorough, transparent and trustworthy. I wholeheartedly trust the manager here with my family's safety, as it pertains to repairing our vehicle. There may be more deer in our future, so we will likely be back.

I have used several body shops over the years in and around the Warner Robins area. I must say that my recent experience with Gerber Collision in Warner Robins was beyond Amazing!!! USAA referred Gerber Collision as an approved shop. From my first encounter with them, until they handed me back my keys after the repairs were completed, the experience was by far my best experience ever!! My car looks better than before the accident, and they even cleaned my car before I picked it up. I've never had such wonderful customer service from an automotive repair facility. Gerber Collision is now my go to. I will be referring them to all my family and friends.

GERBER Collision did an excellent job repairing my truck after a Collision to the left front bumper area. The process from the turn in to pickup was fantastic. I was informed of every step along the way. When I picked up my vehicle, it looked like I had a brand new truck. So happy that I chose them to do the repairs. Also the staff was courteous and provided excellent service. They are my go to for body work now. I highly recommend them for body work.

Wow! Exceptional ! A true blessing! The women in this establishment made me as a woman feel comfortable, heard and valued, which is a rare experience for many of us needing service from a male dominated industry. My mother and I went to Macon one morning to shop. We stopped and parked downtown where I pulled in a bit too far not realizing the area/sidewalk in front of me was higher on one side. The front end kinda scraped pulling in and when I pulled out. As we were driving to our next destination I noticed something sounded loose so I stopped to check it. Sure enough I could see underneath the vehicle a piece was hanging. This of course cut our shopping trip short before it even began. I was afraid to go further so I found a nearby well known mechanic shop to see if the hanging panel could be screwed back in and with no luck. I was told the ENTIRE front end would have to be replaced. My goodness . It was suggested I would need a body shop. Well, I already felt bad because we were in moms vehicle and I knew I had to get her back on the road right. So I looked up a local body shop nearby and headed over. He was very friendly and tried to be helpful but didn't have the part in stock, thank goodness. He recommended we go to the dealership, so back to Warner Robins we went. On our way back from Macon to the dealership we were approaching Gerber. I told Mom, let's try them first before going to the dealership and see if they can help because they are close to the house and I pass them everyday, so the name is familiar to me. We are so glad we did! The lady at the front desk was awesome! She spoke so highly of her manager and said she likes to help people and not take advantage of them, and SHE was also amazing! She came out to our vehicle, got on the ground and looked up under that vehicle and said, all you need is a couple of screws. Which is exactly what I told the guy on the first stop! I can fix that for you. And she did! She whipped moms vehicle into the garage, put a couple screws in it and said, you ladies are good to go. All in less than 5 minutes and charged us nothing! I felt like crying. I was certain I had damaged Moms car and the repairs were going to be more than I could afford, but I really didn't care at that point what it cost, I just wanted moms car fixed. I asked if I could at least give her a hug, due to our journey that morning and her truly blessing us. She accepted hugs from me and Mom and got us on our way. I told both ladies they were a true blessing and we would certainly send customers their way! Mom and I got back safely on the road and completed our shopping. A few days later Mom sent one of her friends over to Gerber after sharing our experience, after she had a garage mishap with her car. She received the same pleasant experience and blessing we did! If you are looking for an honest and friendly repair shop who are more about helping customers regardless of the cost, who doesn't put a pricetag on exceptional service, then head on over to Gerber Collision. I'm sure they will be a blessing to you as well and get you back right.

The staff here is wonderful. They are kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. They kept us up to date on progress the entire time they had our vehicle. We had taken in our car due to someone keying the entire passenger side of the vehicle. We just picked it up today and it looks amazing it looks beautiful they did a wonderful job. I highly recommend Gerber for any and all collision repairs.
