The Shop is located in Kenroy st, Roseville, CA. Base on my experienced, I will never refer them to all my friends and relatives or whoever read these reviews. First of all, I really have some regrets that I went to Gerber collision, because they took off the bumper to examine, then they called me and said that they cannot fixed it because it was from the previous damaged and they cannot warranty the repair. and when they return it, they did not put the secure pins back in the bunper side, so the left side of the bumper falls off on the road that i have to pick up, and the right side also was about to fall when i was driving home to return the car because there are no more pins that secure the bumper on the sides. but when i called the gerber representative, they just said that it was broken..and when i tried to check it, they just ripped it off without trying to unscrew the safety pins. What a foolish jobs. But the worst thing is, when I went to the other collision shop, the owner said that it is repairable which is contradict to Gerber shop, and it is related to the collision due to the impact. Well, may i say also that the guy in Gerber shop, who evaluate the damage has no knowledge at all or does not know about the extent of the impact collision damage...because even me, when the first time i saw the pictures that gerber send me and also when I show it to the other collision shop, our conclusions, is that the damaged is related to the collision impact because it pushes the left frame to the right, making the bolts loosen and also pushing the hood towads to the right side… So , if there is rate below 1⭐️, that is the rate they should be getting. Dissatisfied. 2017 Ford Fusion rear ended with collision damage to the trunk, L&R side panel, L&R upper corner, and visible alignment defects seen from the back (*pictures provided). GGC Kenroy-Roseville, CA became cold towards me & disinterested in my attempts to convey the incompleteness of the repairs. They treated me like my concerns over the incomplete repairs was doing-too-much-&-excessive & demonstrated a demeanor towards me that I should be satisfied with the work they performed & move on. I give them one star for the paint job and a remarkable receptionist who was considerably professional each time GGC called me in to inspect the vehicle. *inside trunk defect not present before until after post-repairs.
