Very happy with the repair and customer service. Brought my older Ford Fusion in due to a rough idle and brake maintenance. Tom and Ricardo kept me informed of the progress and performed the work at minimal cost. Ricardo cleared a couple other repair codes that were showing up and fixed the faulty rear camera at no cost. Took it in 3 times, paid for a refurbished transmission got a junkyard one placed the is shady . They do not honor their word or work. Had my daughters car for 3 months did not fix the problem. My daughter could have crashed and dies according to the mechanic. They refuse to fix this or give a refund. I will be taking this to court. I’ve reached out to the vice president.★☆☆☆☆ a year ago
