Absolute trash! I used them for convenience as they were close by my residence and I have Ford vehicles. Never again. They stripped a lug nut, placed blame elsewhere. They had another vehicle for almost a month, took a week to “find” a rental company with a Ford rental. That vehicle is now with another dealer as the 17 billable hours in labor still didn’t fix the problem. My next calls will be to Ford Corporate and CT DMV.

Brought in 4 tires to have mounted and aligned. I have fuel 18 inch wheels in black. 450 dollars a peice. During mounting one wheel had the finish completely destroyed, and a second had moderate tool marking on it. Call it 50% damaged. Complained to the service writer and asked to see the service manager. I was told that the service manager wasn't available and I was offered 40 dollars of my bill. Definitely not happy and can't recommend Girard service in the future.
