Ashlie L. 05/01/2015 Edit Extremely poor customer service. I just sat around all day today to make sure someone would be home to pay the oil man when they came. The company was told ahead of time when we scheduled the oil drop that we are paying in cash and someone will be home. When they finally did come the man he made no effort to knock on the door or ring the door bell. He just let the slip on the porch and left claiming no one was home. I was sitting in the living room the whole time getting his payment ready. Better yet the garage door was open with a car sitting in it. Hello!! who leaves their garage door open if they aren't home?! I called the number right away to alert them to the situation and have the driver come pack as I have plans later tonight. It has been twenty minutes so far and the driver hasn't come back which is ridiculous since I called right as he left my driveway so he didn't make it far. This isn't the first time I've had an issue with this company. One time the driver tried to argue with my husband about giving him change saying he should just use a credit card when again the company and driver were alerted ahead of time that we were paying in cash. The change was change for a twenty that's it.
