The best in the U.S. Dream Auto is everything I could ask for in auto repair. I travel full time, coast to coast, north to south, east to west, on and off road, throughout the U.S. in a 2005 Pacifica. My car requires consistent maintenance due to the wear and tear of extreme use. I happened across Dream Auto five years ago when I was outfitting my vehicle for full time travel. They removed all but the driver's seat to accommodate the interior, camper-like build. They also performed a few engine repairs. There were some wiring repairs they couldn't make, but they correctly diagnosed the problem, which I had fixed at another shop. While visiting family in Connecticut I returned to Dream Auto to have my vehicle checked out for some whining noises it was making. I always get a second opinion when major repairs are required, which was the case this time. The Dream Auto mechanics correctly diagnosed drive shaft, sway bar, and shocks issues, which they repaired. I ordered the parts through Amazon, which saved me about a thousand dollars. Dream Auto doesn't do wheel alignments, which I needed after the drive shaft was installed. So I had that done at another shop. Following that, I heard another unfamiliar noise. I returned to Dream Auto where they diagnosed wheel bearing and axle damage, confirmed once again with a second opinion. As before, I ordered the parts, had them sent directly to the shop, and Dream Auto performed the labor. Now my old car drives like she's just off the assembly line. I couldn't be more pleased with her performance. The owner/manager, Antonio, and his brother, a top notch mechanic, one of at least two others, provide a family-like atmosphere, excellent communication, and quality diagnostics and repairs. Whenever I'm in Connecticut, Dream Auto is where I go for the best of the best in car repairs.

getting your car serviced can definitely be a nerve-wracking experience, but Antonio and his team will quickly resolve any of your worries. they are extremely approachable, kind, honest, and address any concern you have in a way even a non-mechanic will understand. i can’t emphasize enough that Antonio truly understands how important your vehicle is to you and will communicate the entire repair process down to what’s truly necessary, he won’t talk you into or charge you for unnecessary repairs. I walked over from the laundromat next door one day just looking to get a quick oil change and have not brought my car anywhere else since. whether its routine oil changes or bigger work you need done, you can trust they will give you the best value, quality and efficiency compared to any shop in the area. i could not recommend them more, you will not regret bringing your car here. thank you for keeping me on the road!

Let's be honest, nobody likes needing a repair facility, but when you do, come see Antonio at Dream Automotive. He's been taking care of our vehicles for 5 years. First time getting my oil changed at Dream Automotive LLC. Last Tuesday! Great service and friendly and professional staff, especially the owner, Antonio. They were very thorough with the safety inspection after the oil change. I was surprised the first place I went didn't inspect the serpentine belt, which was found to be cracked. I'm getting it replaced and fixed today. This will be the only place I go to from now on for service. Safety inspection is important, and I take it very seriously. Thank you, Dream!

I'm at Dream automotive getting my Honda front and rear brakes, and both front and rear rotors replaced they are very kind and honest. I called my dealership I normally go to, and they wanted $2,000.00 to replace them for the rear brakes and rotors that $4,000.00 total for both front and rear brakes and roters. I went to Dream, and I only paid $660.33 for front and rear brakes and rotors. That's a big difference, plus the owner is a really kind and caring guy. This was originally going to be a 5 star review. Until I had to take my vehicle into the shop for the brakes. That had done no more than 5 months ago. The mechanic I took them to here said my brakes were not done properly. There was no grease. No anti squeal lubricant, and that they had to take both sets of brakes apart. Don’t get work done hoping to get some deal from Dream. The money you’ll save will go to fixing the damage of a sloppy repair. Now I’m dealing with a $700 bill as a lesson. Would not recommend.
