I got a chip in my windshield on my way into town and called and got an appointment scheduled for 3-5 the nest day ( Friday) at 3.01 they called and said they could not get to me and if the next days was ok, said tech would call me in the morning to let me know what time, at 12 I never received a call and called them , no answer. I have not heard from them yet.

Came out to give me an estimate on fixing fog windows which they advertise they do. Cut my window took it apart and never got back to me a week later after a couple of tries I finally got hold of them they said they couldn't do the job they advertised they could do. Didn't have the decency to call me back and just tell me they were unqualified

I had my car broken into and my front passenger window shattered while on vacation, so I called Glass Doctor and they were able to book me an appointment for the next day. My appointment was set for 8-10am, but they did not show up to our address or reach out by 12pm. So, I ended up calling at 12pm and again at 12:30, when they told me that they would finally be there within 30 minutes. We were only on vacation for 2 days, so having to spend half a day waiting for the technicians to arrive was very frustrating. After arriving, they told me that they would vacuum the glass out of my car to the best of their ability, but that they would not be able to get all of the tiny particles. After they spent less than 20 minutes in my car, they left without saying a word and called to let us know that they were finished. When we went out to my car there were still large pieces of glass on the front floor, in the passenger door, in the cup holders, on the passenger and driver seat, and all over the back floor board. There was also glue smeared on the new window, scratches on the window, and glass fragments left on the inside of the window pane.

Glass Doctor is the absolute best! They went above and beyond working with me to get a factory windshield for my somewhat unique car including going and picking it up from the dealership themselves. They gave me an excellent price, much lower than several other shops in the Charleston area and they scheduled me in immediately. Their location is easy to find and their waiting area is a cheerfully decorated large area with a big screen TV and free snacks and beverages. It is a large comfortable area where you can work or lounge and watch tv. The owner and staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable and explained things to me in-depth. I learned so much about my car and glass installation in general. And everyone’s smiling faces and greetings when you walk in the door is so inviting and welcoming! You can tell they love their customers and go above and beyond in service to them. I have been to several other Glass Doctors in other towns before but this is by far my favorite and best experience ever! My car looks exactly like it did before the windshield got broken and everything works perfectly! Thank you Glass Doctor!!

They were kind, easy to work with, and were able to squeeze me in 3 days after the incident. Pricing was the cheapest option, too. Installers were super nice and explained every step. Filed a claim for my windshield through my insurance. I choose here due to all the good reviews. I waited 4 days and still heard no response from them. So I called and spoke with a guy who said my claim must of got overlooked/forgotten. He found my claim and he did apologize and said he would call me back in 30 minutes as he was on another call. I am an understanding person and had no problem waiting for his call but 6 hours go by and they are closed now and still no call from anyone!!! This is absolutely ridiculous! So unprofessional of a buisness to do this! I have contacted my insurance and choose another company to fix my windshield which I could of already had fixed if this place ran thier buisness right! Such a waste of my time.
