As far as I'm concerned is they just charged me for nothing. I drove my car there to do a tune up and an over all check up. My truck was running fine when I took it there 2000 dollars later and I can't drive my truck. The mechanic who worked on my car looked like he didn't have a clue. And I was right. Got my truck drove home and the belts were hanging down not on the wheel. I was accused of damaging my own truck yes I paid 2 thousand dollars to sabotage my truck. Charged for new tire. Yea right it has a plug in it. Well my truck was towed from there because he does know how to keep the belt to stay on 187.00 I also had to pay to get my truck to my house. My recommendation is find another place to have your car repaired. Does anyone out there know anyone who can put my belts on, and keep them on??????

I am a disabled single mother, I called these guys first thing in morning they were so nice and easy to talk to to. I had my car towed there he said it would be Monday before he could look at it. I had the car dropped off at 9am on a friday it was fixed and ready to pick up at 12 pm. I would recommend them a thousand times!!

These guys are AMAZING! I took my friend's 2013 Chevrolet Suburban to have a diagnosis as to why it had fluid leaking and an estimated price to have it repaired. Coming into this shop, brought back so many memories for me. Not only did I feel like I was back at the shop my husband and I used to own, Joe was extremely honest and friendly. I felt right at home sitting in the office chatting with another customer. Being in the automotive repair business is a business where you have people's lives in your hands. Joes shop and his workers, brought me back to one of the best times in my life. All of the details in his shop from the concrete floor of the bays to the license plates that adorn the walls and all of the automotive signs in the office made me feel right at home. It was so comfortable and cheerful write down to the beautiful wreaths that were hanging on the walls which were for sale. And I found the perfect one for my neighbor for a Christmas present. I have also attached a picture of the wreath and a picture of my late husband, who Joe reminded me of , with the same type of blue uniform.

My car was having some issues that I couldn't diagnose on my own. We are preparing for a long distance move and wanted to have only necessary repairs done. I am beyond impressed by the honesty of this shop in comparison to what I've seen in the past. After telling them our situation and letting them do an inspection, I got a call with a list ranked from most important to it can wait. The quote for the repairs was a lot less than I was expecting. They got it done quick, and when I went to pick it up the bill was $300 less than what I was quoted. I feel very confident bringing our other vehicle here and I only wish I had found this place sooner before wasting money at other shops.

I strongly believe that any auto shop should inform and ask vehicle owners if they want non-essential maintenance done on their vehicles while in the shop. This shop did not. They changed my air filter and cabin filter (which did not need changed) to get some extra money out of me, and they never asked my permission. Thankfully, it wasn't too big of an unexpected cost, but I still take issue with this. They also left my car in km/h instead of mph, which was a fun thing to discover as I was leaving.

This is the second time we have used Glenns Bay Automotive and so thankful that we found them! We moved here almost 4 years ago and are having to get "connected" again. The first few shops we went to were subpar and one was just horrible! Josh at Glenns Bay is the BEST! They are actually an HONEST repair shop.
