Just took my wife's jeep to Gnr. I told them to check it over they found several things that needed to be fixed. i have a very extensive mechanical back ground i just don't have the time to work on my on stuff so I told them to fix it . When I picked it up everything was fixed with no hang ups the price was beyond fair ...... these guys know there stuff. I will take all my cars to them for any of my needs . If I could give more than five stars I would!!!!!

I needed my power steering pump replaced and received a quote of approximately $2,000 from GNR. This quote included $215 for power steering fluid, which is quite excessive since the same quantity costs only $40 at Nissan. Additionally, they quoted $280 to program the power steering pump, which I later learned from two other mechanics was completely unnecessary. I decided to take my business elsewhere and found a shop that charged under $25 for the power steering fluid—a much more reasonable price. This mechanic also confirmed that the pump didn't require programming, saving me from a bogus $280 charge. I went to GNR based on good reviews but my experience didn't match up with others.

Finding a spouse to spend the rest of your life with is easier than finding a good mechanic you can trust—at least in my experience. After my first trusted mechanic retired and closed shop, I bounced between others, hoping for the best. My last mechanic had started their own business after leaving another shop I'd been using, but when they moved on, I was left crossing my fingers that my old car would hold up. Recently, we had an issue, so based on reviews, we decided to call GNR Automotive—and I’m so glad we did. From their convenient drop box to leave the car the night before, to their excellent communication throughout, to the quality of their repair work, the entire experience was seamless. I couldn't be happier with the service or the outcome. From now on, if a light comes on or I hear a funny noise, I’m calling GNR Automotive. I can officially say I’ve found a mechanic I trust and want a long-lasting relationship with—one where I don’t have to see them often because they keep my car on the road and out of the shop. Last Friday my daughter had some problems with her newly purchased car and was in a panic. I took her car for a battery and alternator test. After having the battery replaced at an auto parts store the employee recommend GNR to check out the rest of the issues. Ryan was so nice and helpful. He greeted me right away, and brought the car right back, looked at it, and had me ready to go in less than 15 minutes. Car has been fine ever since and I now have a new go to for problems with any of our vehicles and will spread the word to anyone needing recommendations. Thanks again, GNR!

I can't tell you how relieved I am to find a trust worthy mechanic shop. They allowed me to go under the hood of my SUV an show me the parts that were bad and recommended the main parts that would keep my vehicle safe as I travel in a few weeks. I bought a car from Up Country Motors that had a laundry list of issues on it there were not disclosed to me. I asked him but he said it was in great shape. They did a diagnostic and it brought up a bunch of different things and has all the problems a car can possibly have. The guys helped me out significantly and made a list of what I needed for it to be able run safely. He took a significant amount of money off of the total and was able to help me out with getting it back to safe running shape. He did NOT charge me for the diagnostic at all due to the fact that I got screwed over so much by Ben at Up Country Motors. I 100% suggest going here if you need anything done to your car. He is going to fix the rest of it over time but I can't explain how great it is to be able to trust a mechanic. My car is running much more smoothly and feels great. My absolute go to from now on. As a woman I get worried I'm getting the run around when I have car issues and that was never the case here. 10 out of 10.

My truck went down with the dreaded valve body issue. Escude Chevrolet told me there would be a 6 month wait for warranty work as the valve body was back ordered. A friend recommended GNR to me and the issue was fixed at a very reasonable price in a matter of weeks, not months. All employees were great to work with. I will skip the “stealership” from now on and take my truck to GNR for service work from now on.

I had an alignment issue and no one could seem to get it where it needed to be and not ruin new tires, GNR Automotive installed new tires and new wheel sensors, got everything reset so no more service wheel sensor message across cluster. Alignment is spot on now rides ten times better with a legit alignment. Great place to get your vehicle worked on and have the assurance it will be done correctly the first time. 3 months later still going good.

Great service at a great price. I was recommended GNR from a friend of mine and he said that they would be happy to check the suspension on my 18 Silverado. I took it to GNR, just expecting an inspection on my suspension, but they said they would be happy to go ahead and align the truck since they diagnosed that was my problem. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend to anybody.

I recently got my 2012 VWGolf and my 2007 Honda CRV serviced / repaired at GNR Automotive. The techs are very knowledgeable and take great pride in their work. Both repairs were done to my complete satisfaction. Their pricing is also very fair and reasonable. They even fixed free of charge a wiring issue in my CRV's brakelights although I am sure they must have invested sorne time and labor to locate the fault and fix it. I have only good things to say about this shop, and in future their shop will be my first choice for any repair repair work that comes up in my vehicles. I strongly recommend GNR Automotive for all your car-repair work. Make sure you try them out before going elsewhere.

2018 Ram 2500 I brought my pickup in to have a full PM done on it and a few other parts installed that I purchased. GNR took the time to thoroughly go over my truck and install everything that I requested be done and I couldn't be happier.
