First guy i talked to was kind of rude. He was kind of off putting. But when i came back to get my tires put on at my appointment. The next guy was really nice , very helpful and to the point. My tires were put on in like 20 mins...I was very suprised... Would have been 5 stars but the first guy was "meh". Will reccomend and return for more service!

I have known Danny and Jeff since 1999 when they worked on my truck. I still have that truck with 265k miles and they just finished doing maintenance on it and I’m a happy camper. Great work, professionally done, at a great price every time. I will not take my truck anywhere else without going through them as they also know “specialty shops” that can for instance rebuild a 1997 Ford steering column that was disintegrating… Keep up the good work guys..!!

My elderly mother has been taking her old Buick here for over a decade for both routine maintenance & major repairs. Jeff, Danny & their crew have always done a great job, don't overcharge & they honor their warranties. They've gone above & beyond for her many times & have helped keep her car in decent shape & running well. They get very busy, so definitely call ahead to ask when you can bring your car in. If you just show up it's likely they won't be able to take you that day.

Jeff, Danny, and the team are great mechanics. They are honest and do a good job at addressing the different concerns we had for our Mazda 2015 and Subaru 2018. My buddy Hector told us about them when we moved here, since I was looking everywhere for a good shop. (growing up I had a mechanic family friend so it felt like the same vibes at this shop) We like their San Jose price points too! We have gotten several things done here, oil changes, brake rotors and pad inspection and repair, mechanical and electric door problems, etc.

My daughter had a blowout on the way home and needed a new tire. GoTo Autocare was the closest to where she had the blowout. The service was great. They had the tire in stock and she was back on the road within a half hour. The man that we spoke with was very professional and the pricing for the tire was within $10 of the price that we had just paid for the brand new tire. We replaced all four tires less than a month before this blowout with another establishment.

We are long time customers here and continue to have great experiences with the owners, Danny and Jeff, and their staff. The power driver's seat controls on my Kia Sorento stopped working--unfortunately when I had the seat back completely down! I drove awkwardly to Go To Auto and Danny diagnosed a blown fuse right away. He didn't have a replacement at that moment, but swapped the passenger power seat fuse to the driver's power seat and it worked! He'll order the fuse and I can stop back by for a quick replacement at my convenience. Thanks again for great service and expertise!
