Do not recommend. At first I was very happy with the work and service, but unfortunately after a month or so, I had to take the car back because they didn’t screw the parts on correctly and my bumper and tire cover were coming undone. The door they did the work done is also making a rattling sound (bought the car brand new and haven’t had a year so this has to be from the repairs). For context, this was for a dent repair on the passenger door, but they had to remove several parts of the vehicle to blend the paint. This was obviously inconvenient and frustrating as I have a full time job and need my vehicle to commute to work. I don’t fully understand why the work wasn’t done correctly in the first place which just seems like poor quality of work. Because of this I would not choose this place again or recommend.

They are good people here. I actually got a flat around here yesterday and was lucky that I noticed when I was right down the street from this place. I pulled into their parking lot to try and change it myself but once I got stuck with the poor quality tools that were in my car a gentleman came out to help me put my spare tire on. Didn't charge me anything and refused to even allow me to give him a little money to get himself some lunch. High character people. They also have a very chill dog that hangs out around the shop. If I ever get in accident and need some work done on my car I will be coming here.

Appointments were readily available. Estimates were quick and staff was easy to work with. Car was ready for pickup sooner than expected. This is my first experience with a body shop so I don’t know if this is standard: they offered to return my rental car on my behalf at the time of my car pickup. I had deep scratches on the front passenger side. After repair, the car looks good as new. The process as a whole was simple. They also offer lifetime warranty on any of the work they’ve done. That gives me peace of mind and would recommend their services to everyone. My insurance specifically recommended them for Tesla repairs (as not all shops are certified).

I came to Arseen Auto Body to get an aftermarket spoiler installed, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience! From the first phone call with the kind and helpful woman at the front desk to the skilled crew in the warehouse, everyone was professional and welcoming. Even the owner and his son took the time to check in on the progress, making sure everything was perfect. And their friendly dog, Chief, was the cherry on top! Our model X was rear-ended and trunk lid, bumper got damaged. We searched the body shops through tesla app and Arseen provides the earliest appointment. Our model X is 2 years new and we were worried about the repair which come out imperfection. Sarge helped me with the drop off and he explained every details about the possible repairs, how they gonna do the repairs, in a very professional way. Then during the repair he’s very attentive to provide us with most updated status and pick up date. It ends up there’s no frame damage and they finished the body repair and paint in 2 weeks. It could be faster since the reflector was on back order. When I pick up the car today, they even did a thoughtful car wash and detailing, charged to max limit! Feels like I’m picking up a new car… Overall I’m very satisfied with their service. Will add more after photos.

Outstanding service by Sargon! I dropped off my 2024 Tesla Model 3 Performance to have a tire rim fixed from two scratches made by the botchers at America's Tire when I had a tire swap done by them. Car dropped off yesterday, picked up today. The tire rim looks pitch perfect after Arseen Auto Body worked on it. They outsource the wheel work to a local shop, but they took great care of the whole process. I am very OCD and I treat my car "with gloves". I had a lot of questions and requests for Sargon around being careful when working on my car. Sargon was extremely patient, kind, diligent and professional with me, which I enormously appreciate. I needed body work and came to Arseen, where my Dad has been going since I was a kid, and I have gone to them with great results in the past. They did not disappoint! High quality service - My car looks like it’s brand new! They did an exterior detail once they were done with the repairs. And they cleaned the interior as well just to be nice! Trouble free - They were always responsive by phone and text, and on time for appointments. Bill my service advisor was wonderful! He kept me regularly updated. Giving me his best estimate on when the car would be ready, but letting me know things could change. When a part was slow to come in, he let me know and gave new a new completion date via text. I couldn’t have been happier when I got my car back!

I drove around all tesla-certified body shops and Arseen’s Auto Body stood out for many reasons: spacious, beautiful, gave me lower price after I asked for a discount explaining that I will be paying out of pocket, and their love for animals! They did impeccable work fixing my car, it was like new! I’m so happy and definitely suggest this place!
