My car was in a collision and it was disabled in a dangerous location, right in traffic. Dave of D&E just happened to be coming by with his tow truck when I was in this predicament. Dave explained that the car was not drivable because the car was leaking fluids (he showed me where the leak was and I could see the dripping). He then maneuvered his tow truck, despite the traffic, and moved my car to a safe position at the side of the road. Despite my extreme nervousness about the whole situation, Dave was calm and very patient with me. After he tolerated my many calls to my insurance company, I finally felt comfortable with Dave towing the car to his storage location. The tow truck looked to be new, rugged, and professional: It was the type that lifts the car by placing supports under the front tires, so the car itself is never touched. The next day, my insurance company called D&E and had the car released. So all went well with D&E Automotive regarding this fortunate occurrence of them being in the right place at the right time. Thanks Dave!

This place is not to be trusted at all when it comes to business. Dave took card information over the phone and charged it for services that were NEVER done. On top of that, he ducked and dodged calls in regards to the refund he claimed that he already issued but NEVER DID. Literally took almost $200 for a service that was never done at all and then showed so much dishonesty, lack of integrity and unprofessionalism. Save your money and your time and look elsewhere, you’ll be doing yourself a HUGE FAVOR especially if you have kids.

The driver refused to do the job after the owner lied about the location of my vehicle to the driver. The owner then proceeded to not refund my money after they cancelled, and I had to go through my bank to get reimbursed. I waited a month to give them the opportunity to show some integrity, but they refused.
