Every time I come here, they are always trying to get me to leave my car to the next day. They can never do same day service it seams. I came this last time at 1:00 pm and he still asking that I leave my car till tomorrow morning. I regret buying from them. If I didn’t Already have warranty on my tires with them, they would never see me again. I’ll be getting my next set from someone else.

dropped my car off at 8am and asked for a "basic" oil changed then got hit with a $108 bill when I picked my car up at 5pm! Dude at the counter told me it was because the didn't offer any coupons when in reality they gave me the wrong oil change! Even the Honda dealership never charged me $108 for an oil changeQ. Terrible!!

Oh my gosh, what an amazing store! I needed air in my tire and they were so helpful! One of the salesmen stopped what he was doing, took me to the garage and had someone get me taken care of-right away! He was friendly and thorough. He looked at my driver door to see the tire placard to fill my tires to the correct amount. He saw that someone took all of my tire caps and helped me put new ones on my four tires. I would have no problem referring my own mom to go there. The best part is this was deep downtown in Detroit! How refreshing to find such friendly and go the extra mile people!!

I got a free pothole check email and try to come into this place and redeem it. I had an appointment at 7 o’clock. I came in at 7 o’clock. This guy told me that they weren’t gonna be in here till 8 o’clock. I called at 7:15 asking if I’ll be there at 8 o’clock how long will it take me? He say 45 minutes I get in here And he’s trying to upsell me a front end check for $60. I told him Then when I told him I didn’t want it he tried to tell me it’s three hours because somebody’s in here. I just left a half hour ago. This place is a rip off. They are a scam. I’m gonna report them to the BBB.

If you’re an Uber driver or Lyft driver don’t come here for inspection. They told me my four tires need to be changed so I did go to someone else to change the four tires because their price was too high for me this was on Saturday and after one day on Monday I came back for another inspection, they said outer and inner tie rod need to be changed as well !! Why didn’t you tell me this before so I don’t come back for another inspection unless everything is Okay as you previously mentioned at the inspection paperwork ? He said he can’t predict the future for whatsoever! He can only predict that I am coming back again and again and again… But I am not !

I had my tire plugged on Saturday because of a slow leak due to what they said was a nail in my tire. On Sunday the same tire goes flat again. When I return they claim that it’s a different nail and I’d have to pay again. There’s no construction between there and my home that would put a nail in an SUV’s tire. I’ll never go there again.

One of the managers that goes by the name of Aaron is very disrespectful. I was getting my car fixed and I told him I can’t come back to pick it up until the next day and he said “No, you black folks don’t like paying for service after we fix it”. He then called me black and ugly because I told him that I don’t want their service anymore. He is such a nasty man and I have witnessed him multiple times being disrespectful to me and other customers. He also disrespects the mechanics. I will no longer shop with Goodyear any more and I will tell others to not go to Goodyear. I will be making ANOTHER report to Human Resources about him again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Aaron at the front counter was very rude and disrespectful towards my elderly mother when he called her a dumb ass because she didn’t understand what was wrong with her car then he proceeded to tell my mom that she needs to get a grip of life because my mom didn’t agree with the price of an oil change which was $155 . So we just got something else repaired instead. Afterwards, he slapped a receipt in front of her and told us to “enjoy the raggedy car”. This man always seems to be mean and angry every time I bring my mom here. I think he’s upset because he is over weight. I will not be returning after this. I spoke to a manager over him the last time we came because he yelled at me and told me to hurry up and figure out what I’m going to do. He also threw a paper at another customer and told him to find a wheel lock key or he won’t be getting his car repaired.

The manager Lance and Alex are amazing very professional, knowledgeable and actually listens instead of just trying to take your money. The big manager is awesome. I believe his name is Larry or Lance. But the other big white manager Aaron was being ugly and mean. I just simply came in to get a tire rotation and flat repair along with an oil change. As I was trying to concentrate to think about what other repairs I needed to get done to inform him about, he got angry with me out of nowhere and told me to leave and come back when I figure it out while banging his hands on the counter and I don’t know why he was being aggressive with me. So when I said “excuse me” , he says “oh I didn’t stutter sir” Like why would you call me a sir and you know I’m a grown woman. So I told him to don’t do anything to my car but the flat repair as I didn’t want his service anymore and he told me to just take my car and get out of here . So he threw me my keys back and I left without getting any work done to my car. I need to find out his boss information and make a complaint against him. Aaron such a nasty miserable lazy man. He sat in the service area with the mechanics instead of staying in the lobby to greet more customers as they were coming in. The customers just stood there for a long time without Aaron knowing they were there He doesn’t want to work and was hiding so that he doesn’t have to assist us customers. Very disappointed in Goodyear. I will be finding a different shop to service my vehicle in the future.

They are amazing. I went to get 4 Brandnew tires and they did an amazing job. All my lug nuts was stripped they said & lance ordered , and replaced them for me all within 45 mins.. great communication and Alex is beyond amazing with his customer service I will return !
