I notice guy had change tire without key.he said I didn't need it because lock was missing of rim which was b.s. I went to get my key for rim but that was in the same place for months.it just so happen was missing.i don't get why.you must watch everything in the hood.

Do not go to this place ! Sold a bold tire had it a week came outside was completely flat ! Then would not even try to replace it ! Fix a flat did not work meaning it couldn't be plugged . Also coworker purchased a tire that has a leak so she has to put air in tire everyday ! Save your money spend elsewhere!!!

I used to like this shop but now they getting out of hand, every time I come they are mysteriously down to they last tire regarding that specific size then the workers are scheming fr 1st I were paying 50 now it’s 60, then 70 man be frfr my dog STOP I feel if you need to do that then I need to stay far away from here not to mention they don’t care if yo tires has a knife sticking out long as it takes air, they will give it to 🤦🏽‍♂️ taking 20-35 mins to change a tire with no customers besides you is wild and no effort put forth…

Went here on a Sunday afternoon to have my tire & tire sensor swapped to another rim and sealed,told the tire tech those exact words... He switched rims and not the sensors & didn't re-seal the rim! So,I paid him his hot $20 & of course,the rim leaks like a sive & the old sensor keeps blinking because it's bad! Never go here unless you want horrible service and rushed workmanship. Like looking for a unicorn @ this tire shop. DO NOT COME HERE...EVER!

I had to get a tire replaced after 3 on Sunday 9/24, there weren't many shops open. First they overcharged me then they sold me a bold tire that went flat Tuesday night. I will never come back here again

The were on the higher end as far as prices and they did not have the tire size I needed! Call first to make sure they have your size tire.

They changed my tire successfully. I'll see how the tire goes over time. Gotta keep them on task because they will stop and talk to each other or watch their TV they got in the garage.

I got 3 tires a week ago and one of my tires keep going flat I feel like I waisted my money and I'm totally unsatisfied with the service. These tires suppose to last longer than that. Hopefully they gone replace it with another one because I will never come back and spend my money if they don't. Ppl work too hard to just let 80 dollars a tire go right down the drain

I often go here because you can drive right up to the building and the men can start working on your car and tires. The building says auto repair, but I've only seen them doing tires. I had brand new tires on the rear and the front tires were bald. I asked them to put the brand new tires in front and the used tires on the rear because the weight is mostly up front because of the engine. As I'm watching them nit taking off the rear tires, I asked who seemed like the manager, if they will put the rear up front. He said that I needed an alignment first and then return to them so they can put the rear tires up front. When I got home, I asked my wise, senior uncle if what he said true or a lie. My uncle said that by looking at the wear on the old front tires, he could see the uneven wear pattern and that an alignment is necessary. The manager referred me to 8mile and Wyoming. What business us there, I don't know, but I can call around for an alignment. I'm somewhat satisfied with Schafer Tire because they sold me two used tires for $120 to put on the front, and the tread was good. I didn't like when I asked to rotate the new tires to the front, they said I needed an alignment first, with no explanation. My uncle said he was right to send me for an alignment first so the tires will wear evenly and that he can see how the unevenly wore tires were when they taken off. So I'll go back to Schafer Tire and trust they were telling me the right thing to do in order fir the life of my tires.

They sell tires with holes in them and don’t even check the sizing properly. Don’t refund you your money upon request. This business lacks integrity. My friend also went here and got the wrong tire. Still flat. Bad business practices.

Do Not buy used tires from here. I got 2 used front tires. The next day my tire light came on. When I called them I was told it was nothing they could do because their water pipes were frozen so he couldn't check it out. So I go back in for the guy to act like he didn't remember me. I was never given a receipt even though I asked for one. Come to find out they sold me a tire that has been previously plugged. I paid $70 for a plugged tire. Don't buy your tires from here. Go on 6mile & Livernois
