I schedule to fixed a tired. Arrived and wait from 4-7:30 pm to a diagnosis that tire need to be changed. Then they tell we could change now because they have a new tire her. It’s 290 but I need car to a travel, then i accept. After 45 min they tell me that they send a truck to get that tire I don’t now where…. In 1 hour that truck appear with my new tire and then I need to wait they change. I think the employees are trying to help, but it’s is a mix o shortage of people and mess….I do not never come back

Heather did an excellent job helping me figure out which battery replacement to get and explaining some background information! First and foremost here you get what you pay for, schedule an appointment for fastest service but if your not in a rush just stop in and they will tak care of you. Exactly what I was looking for in a shop they inspect your vehicle before it goes into the shop and if they find a problem you will know about it before they work on your ride. I have personally seen them helping people fix problems that didn't benefit the shop. I have also had one of their employees save me money for repairs I didn't actually need... I had a vacuum line pop off and was told by another shop quote me over $2k they fixed the issue for free as all I needed was a vacuum line pushed down next to my turbo. All I paid for was an alignment and oil change. I would definitely recommend for anyone with four wheels to get a quote from them and the competition. Friendly people smart staff. One of my friends broke the oil dipstick off and they fixed it without ever pulling it into a bay I don't know if they paid or not but they did it.

I ordered two tires online and scheduled the installation as well as an alignment in advance. I had an 11am appointment. The work was not completed until 4:40pm (5 hours, 40 minutes). I had budgeted 1.5 hours for the work to be done. I knocked on the owner or manager’s door (Mario) to inform him of my wait and he shared his own dissatisfaction and said it is ridiculous. He said he would finish his email work and then he’d check on it. An hour later, Mario gave me the green light. When I asked him if there were any issues with the vehicle. He said no, and that his only explanation was that the technician is inexperienced. This answer hardly makes me feel safe driving the vehicle, especially given that it is a pickup truck that I use for towing. I feel like I need to take it somewhere else to be inspected before I tow.

I came here with a screw in my tire. I had to pick up my kids from school before they could get to it so they offered to swap out my spare tire and fix my tire when I was getting my kids. Then when I came back they put my repaired tire on my car. Super friendly and nice.

Heather and J helped me right at closing as I broke down on my way home which is almost an hour away. They stayed here over an hour after closing while I spoke with my rental car roadside assistance service. They changed my tire and I was able to head home. I’m so appreciative for such great customer service. They were not rushing me because it was time for them to go home but stayed and made sure I was taken care of. Exceptional customer service! May God bless them both.

I went to Goodyear to get my brakes fixed. A guy name Brian that works there told me they couldn’t fix my brakes that day at Goodyear but to come to his house. I paid him went to his house and he never fixed my brakes. I realize now he was scamming me. Can you imagine an employee at the shop telling you to come to their house, taking your money, and then not doing the job! Avoid this place if you actually want to get you car fixed!

I work a couple blocks away and Bobby was walking by my parked car and noticed my sick and dying tire. He came into my work, communicated his accurate observation, offered to take it back and let me know what it would cost to fix. Bobby did everything I needed in this situation. I knew I was driving on dangerous tires, I had tried to take the car to a couple places but for different reasons I was not able- one had moved locations and the other didn't seem real open to help somehow. This problem leaves my mind when I clock in and I don't think about it until I'm shaking perilously down the road home. Bobby took the car, gave me a good deal and fixed the urgent problems, and brought the car back. I could not have asked for a better experience. And he was so right about how bad the tire was, I feel like he was my guardian angel that day. Thanks Bobby! I'll be back to get the other two soon.

I just wanted to say what excellent service we received from Goodyear on Main Street. Took my truck in for what I thought was one thing and it turned out to be something totally different. The mechanic didn’t want to replace a part before doing a thorough diagnosis. He stated he could change what I asked, but wasn’t comfortable putting in a part not needed or necessary. He asked to keep my truck another day and it turns out he was right. My fuel pump was cracked…I had been smelling gas, but didn’t see a leak anywhere and I’d been having problems when I put gas in my truck. Once fixed, huge difference, my truck is running great and I can see the difference when putting in gas. I appreciate the mechanic’s professionalism and him taking the time to find out what was truly wrong with my truck. They kept me updated on their progress while they worked. Much appreciated! I would recommend these guys if you need work on your vehicle.

Got a flat in my rental while visiting and noticed it 10 minutes before they closed. Heather welcomed me in anyway and they had me out of there in fifteen minutes. Avoid this place at all costs. Being a student with little to no knowledge of cars I was worried about being coerced into paying for services I did not need, which was the case here. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, minutes off the lot my car lit up with warnings. After 3 visits I was told they couldn’t identify any problems, it was a “coincidence” that my car had issues right after their service, and the only thing to do now was pay for a diagnostic test to even figure out the problem. This didn’t feel right to me so I went to a different shop for a second opinion. The second shop fixed any problems within 30 minutes and told me I basically had a “very poor oil change done”. He also showed me problems good year should have made me aware of and/or fixed when the car was in their care. Rear Air filter clips were incorrectly installed, air hose by the air filter was completely out of place, oil was over full, oil drain plug was leaking (see photos). My car was now completely fine and problems were solved free of charge. Long story short I will never be returning here.

I went there to get an oil change a few months back, I normally do oil changes at home but decided to do it with Goodyear while I was getting new tires. I wanted to switch my plastic oil filter housing for a metal one so they ordered the part for me there. I specifically told them to PLEASE not use torque guns to screw in the oil filter because I don’t want that torque gun to risk cracking my oil pan, which has occurred previously at other quick oil places. Instead their torque gun damaged the metal oil filter housing with the pressure and bent the cylinder portion. I don’t appreciate them ignoring my request and instead proceeded to use that tool. I understand it’s convenient for them to use it, but I’ve had that tool do way too much damage to my cars, and I don’t want my oil filter too tight to be unable to perform an oil change at home.

We came in here 600 miles from home, stranded on a donut. By miracle, they had the tire size I needed when no Honda dealership within 100 mile had one. But then we discovered my rim was also bent. Jay and Heather went above and beyond, helping us problem solve for half the day, trying to find a way to get us back on the road to get home. Jay even offered to drive us 2 hours away if we could find an available rim. These are truly good people working at this location.

This was the worst experience with a tire shop I’ve ever had. Every time I spoke with someone the price changed and when I pointed it out they magically were able to do the original price. Then while i was waiting I heard them tell someone else an alignment is on sale for $99 when mine was $140 an hour earlier. I was told an hour and sat in the shop for over two and a half hours, only to be told that a tie rod was seized and they couldn’t fully adjust it. Seized means something can’t be moved, either it is seized or it isn’t and if you can adjust it it’s not seized. I got home and looked at my paperwork and they never gave me the results of the alignment either, which I’ve received every other time I’ve had one done. After being ripped off on the price and having them tell me they couldn’t even do the work properly I will never be using this or any Goodyear store again. Edit: I reached out to customer service the day this happened, they gave me a claim number and never got back to me. Goodyear obviously does not care about their customers on any level, do not waste your money here. I’m going to have to take my car to another shop to have the alignment fixed and figure out what the new rattling noise this shop caused is.

Took wife's Hyundai for service and new battery, Wheel alignment was recommended on 11/30/2024.. 4 new tires on car the previous week, 10 months later both rear tires are shot.. Rear wheels are visible well out of alignment.. Went to have Goodyear take a look today, I was told by (Bobby) this was out of the scope of warranty.. I would have to pay for another alignment and both tires.. Didn't argue at all . Told him to get my wife's car off the rack and give me the keys . Not sure how Goodyear (main St) has really went to (hell) over the last year.. Incompetent would be the word... I will not be back at all, Miss the good old days when Heather and Mario ran this place. Sorry Goodyear (Main St) Jeff n Crystal Dees..

I recently visited this Goodyear Auto Center on Main Street, and I could have not been more pleased with the service I received. From the moment I came in David made me feel welcomed. He was courteous, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. He took his time to explain the service that was due on my car and provided me with a clear estimate before starting. Also the waiting was clean, comfortable and the turn around time was quicker than I expected.
