I have a 2020 Toyota Camry 65,000 miles and got an engine maintenance required light, scary. Groff’s Automotive pulled the code and it was the coolant engine switch that had failed and they were able to fix it in one day. I really appreciate that they were able to get my car in and fixed! I recommend giving them a shot versus going to the dealer for newer car repairs!! They were really helpful and polite.

It’s been a little over a week since they replaced the blower motor on my 2015 4runner and it’s been working great without any issues. They even have a shuttle , I took a Lyft to pick up the car when it was completed when I got there I realized they have a shuttle and could have came and got me ! I've been a groffs customer for close to 25 years, and I have consistently been treated with a polite professional attitude plus its pretty close to my house. The only thing I miss is the ride home and the pickup to pick up my car. But I understand it cost money for the driver and the gas for the car. But it sure used to be nice to have a shuttle service.

I chose this place because of the high ratings and how close the shop was to my house. Not even a 5 minute walk. Left my car for the day for a tune up, as my check engine light came on. They called me at the end of the day and informed I needed new catalytic converters and a turbo. They tried charging me 24k for a turbo replacement alone. That's more then double then what I paid for my car. It's not like the car was totaled or anything. I was outright baffled, especially since I no practically nothing about cars. Took my car to A Action in Stratmoor, and received better service, professionalism, and was informed that the converters didn't even need to be changed, and of course paid so much less for the turbo. Not even $800 and the car runs better then when I first bought it. Would highly recommend them as opposed to Groff's who nearly swindled me with fear tactics.

Thanks Groff’s! Needed to get mom’s car in and fixed asap and you did it. Helped with towing recommendations and communication regarding the fix was great the entire process. In and out within hours and the staff (Dave) was awesome! The shop & office are sooo clean and we appreciate the care. Gilham/Godsey family will not hesitate to come back for car care needs.
