My experience at this service center was a clear example of how a customer should NOT be treated. I brought in my 2020 Nissan Altima for a simple radar calibration. Instead of performing the basic service I requested, the technician called me claiming that a bracket connected to the radar ‘must be replaced,’ and without providing any solid justification, quoted me a total of $1,280. When I stated that I only wanted the calibration, I was told, ‘We don’t do it that way,’ and they refused to perform the service. What makes this worse is that they charged me $320 for supposedly removing my front bumper. When I picked up my car, the bumper screws hadn’t even been touched—clearly, no such work was ever performed. Charging a customer for a job that was never done is unprofessional, misleading, and completely unethical. On top of that, the technician called me 4–5 times afterward with different excuses, trying to convince me to let them proceed with the unnecessary repair. That level of pressure only confirmed that their priority was not customer safety or satisfaction, but selling an inflated job. After declining, I took my car elsewhere and had the radar calibration completed properly for $300 with zero parts replaced. This kind of behavior damages the brand and is absolutely unacceptable for a dealership that claims to be professional. Misleading customers, pushing unnecessary repairs, and charging for work that wasn’t performed destroys trust and reflects extremely poorly on the management as well. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to think twice. No customer should have to experience what I did.
