Well I didn't exactly have a car to fix but my bike has a motor... Which happened to stop abruptly when my throttle cable broke. Not only did they let me diagnose the problem but they let me work on my bike in one of the bays by the door until they were ready to leave for the day. Not only did they offer assistance as needed ,if needed. The shop is very clean and well taken care of and they were very nice and very attentive and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them just on those factors alone.

I had a bad pull on my 2008 GMC Sierra. someone recommended me to Hanks Frame & Wheel. I asked for an alignment job but I knew it needed a frame job from a bad accident i had. I drop the truck off, then I got called from them explaining what it needs. They communication was on point. Told me what they were going to do and told me a price which I thought it was Fair price! Zack work on mine truck and he’s a cool guy! Explain to me what he did and what he had to do! & also he warranty his work which I thought was freakin awesome because most places won’t warranty their work and they will charge you more for something they did which doesn’t make any sense to me? ...but Anyways, these guys are real cool They keep it 100 & these guys are trustworthy, I would recommend anyone to Hanks Frame & Wheels! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

We had a confirmed appointment to have some work done on our RV, telling us it would be done same day. After 6 hours of sitting around due to us not having our home, we called and they said it'd be 3 days and no parts had even been ordered. Then we tell them we just need to get our vehicle and get on the road, kindly asked them to put the wheels back on and it took them 3 hours to simply put them back on the RV. We will never do business with this establishment again, their word is not to be trusted and their simple lack of communication was frustrating and bad business.

Drove 13 hrs for X-mas and was told my vehicle would be ready by 4PM on Friday 12-22. I told them I was coming from FT Worth but would get back in time. Arrived at his shop by 2:45 but doors were closed and lights turned off. Tried to call his number but it just rang.. They are closed Sat and I have to drive 13 hrs on Tuesday morning to get back home but now I have to wait til 8 on Tuesday morning . At least call me if you are closing earlier than the time you quoted me so I could have made arrangements to get my vehicle out of your shop.

Wish there was a zero or even minus star choice. DO NOT use Hank's "Frame" and Wheel for ANY frame work on simple pickup frames. And be careful if you expect other services on time. Frame Work After saying they could fix it, keeping it for a week or so, charging me about $600, I go and pick up my truck (mid-90's Ford F150). After some more time I get to where I'm putting the front fenders and hood on and I find that the frame is still misaligned. I take it back, and after another week, Matt tells me, "Sorry, Can't do anything about it." "Well", I say, "Can I have my $600 dollars back since you didn't even do anything?" Matt, "No." Now, this wasn't a vehicle smashed to oblivion. You can't really notice the misalignment just standing and looking at it (without the bed or front fenders on it). All it simply needs is the passenger side rail moved forward about an inch and a half, and the front ("horn", as it's called) dropped about 5/8". Thanks to the cross-braces, etc. the rail didn't even need any lateral adjustment. No other problems with the truck, though I obviously had to get a replacement fender and hood and some other parts to make it good again. Still, at this point, honestly, I'm about 100% sure they didn't do anything to the frame the first visit given the simplicity of what's needed now. My bad for trusting them in the first place, I guess. Alignment But, there's more. A few years ago I had taken the same truck in, after calling and being told to bring it in on a Thursday, to have an alignment check. I drop it off the next Thursday morning. No contact all day so I show up a little before closing to get my truck. NO ONE HAD EVEN LOOKED AT IT! Thankfully another shop in town honored their own promise and I had the alignement done the following day. So, I've given Hank's two chances to do right, and this fiasco with the frame work was the last straw for me, and should be a strong warning to you. Their reputation is unfounded and I will never return, nor recommend Hank's for anything, ever. You've been warned.

Very disappointed in Hanks on my girlfriends red Chevy Texas Edition 4x4 last week dropped it off at 10 am they got to it around noon for a front end alignment and tire rotation and supposed to fix a tire air leak the didn't and didn't put the best tires on the front as requested after 4 or 5 hrs of waiting never again we will stick with the Mexican tire stores lol

Have been taking my truck to the big box stores for years and the last two times they told me they couldn’t align it. They told me it was a bent rim, etc. I knew better. So I finally took it to a local shop. They used older technology to align it and it worked great. Hanks had me fixed up in no time. Phenomenal service. Polite professional and honest. Took my 28' travel trailer, that I just purchased used, to have the axles aligned. I was concerned that the axles may need to be replaced. The tires were wearing very badly. Met Michael at my appointment time. He immediately made me feel better. He said ii is rarely as bad as it looks. I left my trailer and went back to work. He called me later that day and said we got you all fixed up. I thought they would have it for several days. I picked it up the next morning. Wow what a difference. It pulled so much better.
