Quoted my mom $40 to secure her muffler after an accident. No work was needed cause the muffler was ok. But still charged her $40 just to look under her car and tell her no work was needed.

This auto shop service no good. I bring my car to changed the brakes. The boss said the price then I said ok. But after done. I have to pay more money 😭.I watch there during the work. Don't trust this auto shop.

Please people do not take your car here for a smog inspection, my car didn't pass smog here i took it somewere else and it passed perfectly. The lady from This place was telling me that maybe my car needed an oil change, she was just trying to make more money.

Do NOT take care your car here for SMOG testing no matter how convenient, they do not do 2nd free testing and much much higher fee's than anywhere close such as Westlake. This place is pay pay $$ pass or fail and it will fail. Consumer Be very aware!

Hao is very rude. Don’t bother getting your smog check here. Instead of focusing on the smog check, he will look for other things that’s wrong with your car to try to sell you more. He will get annoyed if you watch over him as if a car owner does not have the right to see what a technician is doing to his car. Pathetic shop.

Beware - almost every other auto shop does free retesting if your car fails smog. This place does not!!! And the price of a smog check here is not much cheaper than other places, so save yourselves the trouble and just go somewhere else. At least at basically any other auto shop, if your car fails smog, you can fix the problem and go back for a free retest.

The woman working was incredibly unprofessional. This business can’t seem to get their hours right. Google says they close 6:30, Yelp says they close at 6:00. I arrived at 5:15 and she turned me away stating that they close at 5:30. She then had the audacity to claim that she changed the hours online, and I showed her both pieces of confounding evidence. Even then, she shooed me off due to her own laziness.
