Albert and the team at Hayes were great! They repaired our Hyundai Ionic 5 following a fender bender/rear collision. He was good about keeping us up to date during the repair when it took longer than expected. Also great at communicating with GEICO and the rental car company. They let you leave the rental at the end because they have a good relationship with them. And then even cleaned the car at the end. Overall, recommend very highly for collision repair.

Shortly after this shop “changed my oil”, the engine failed. I supplied the oil filter and after changing my oil 5,000 miles later, I noticed a different filter brand than what I supplied. The oil was so black and dirty and you could tell it wasn’t changed 5,000 miles ago. Just beware.

We had an excellent experience at this amazing body repair shop after my car got hit and my GEICO insurance sent me here- just lovely guys with excellent customer service - my car looks brand new. Quoted us a price and when we went to pick up they ended up having less thank the quote - that’s always nice! Super flexible pick up option. Just great all around. We’re ditching our car repair shop and coming here from now on. I totally get the 5 star reviews from others

Recently got a bumper replaced at Hayes Auto after someone rear ended me and I couldn’t recommend Joseph and his team highly enough! They were effective communicators and upfront with pricing (which was good to begin with). They handled a wheel rotation as well. When I picked up the car it looked like it had just been through the car wash (interior too), which was such a nice touch. Highly recommend going here for your car needs! The car looks brand new!

2nd amazing experience at Hayes! We had previously had a fantastic experience with Joseph at Hayes so we came back to him recently when the hinge on the tailgate of our BMW broke. Not only did he and his team do a great job with the repairs, he also advised us on how to work with the insurance company to make sure the claim wouldn’t impact our premium. On top of that, when we picked up the car he gave us a generous discount when he noticed we were expecting a baby. We hope we won’t need much more auto body work, but if we do we will be coming back to Joseph at Hayes auto.

I usually don’t write reviews but this is the least I can do to thank Hays Auto-repair for their wonderful service. I went to Joe anxiously after an accident to get a quote, with a genuine smile he assured me that the car will be fixed seamlessly. He not only fixed the damage for the accident but also fixed all little body works, inspected the car, and changed the oil for no additional cost. During the repair, I was on a trip and he even kindly dropped off the car for me. The car is looking great as if there never was any accident.

I can’t say enough good things about Albert and his team. He did an excellent job with my Camry after it was sprayed with cement on the back and sides of it. Hayes was recommended by my insurance and after Albert inspected my car he also suggested I get the dealership to fix my paint due to a recall which he said I qualified for! I was so amazed when I got a whole paint job thanks to him, my car looks brand new, beautiful and he was so nice to even give me a discount at the end as he knew I have a 7 month old baby. Absolutely outstanding experience with Albert and his team. Hayes Auto repair shop helped me fix up a broken front bumper and grill. They helped take care of all the paperwork with the insurance company making the entire process far less stressful than I expected after getting in a weird accident where the person backed up into me while I was stopped. Three major things to point out - 1) The quality of the workmanship was top notch. Attention to detail was perfect - no panel gaps, paint matched, perfect replacement with materials 2) Albert was willing to go above and beyond - I had a specific bumper that was not quite OEM and Albert researched all the parts to replace it the exact way that I wanted even though it was more work. He blew me away with his customer service 3) Appreciate being able to trust the team - I've heard all sorts of nightmare stories of auto body shops doing weird stuff to take advantage of situations, but Hayes Auto repair was incredibly fair, honest, and reasonable. Their prices/value are excellent given the quality of their work and Albert checked in with me on each step of the way to make sure I was good with decisions he had to make. Thank you so much Albert and Hayes Auto! I hope I never need their services again, but I could not more adamantly recommend this company if you need auto body repairs!
